Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Herradura

Beautiful home with a beautiful view! We loved every minute of our stay and would recommend to anyone planning to visit Nerja. The Balcon de Europa and Burriana Beach are both about a 15-20 minute walk. The Cave Bar directly across the street (next to the pool) had the most amazing food! Order the rotisserie chicken. Spectacular!

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

Great stay in a lovely house , brilliant location in the centre of Frigiliana with short distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. This was our second stay there. Antonio is a good host and the house has a lovely view over the Botancical garden with a view of the sea at Nerja to the left. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated in the heatwave. We didn't have a car but caught the Frigiliana bus down to Nerja and also went to Torrox for lunch and the beach. Had some lovely meals in Frigiliana. La Taperia on the left of the church, The Garden Restaurant, Restaurante Bar Virtudes which is halfway up the hill on the bus on the right with lovely views down the valley to the sea at Nerja. Also ate for the first time at Bar la Alegría del Barrio twice which is down the hill past the church. Ordered paella the day before and there was so much we couldn't eat it all. For people who love walking there is the ravine down the hill behind the chemist but very steep.

Armelle’s place was just as described and had everything you needed. The many stairs and levels merely added to its charm. Spent several evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine and watched the sun fade away. While the village can be busy during the day it soon quietens down towards evening as the day trippers and tours depart, then you feel like a local. There are enough shops to provide all your groceries, the good people of Frigiliana always willing to assist if needed. We look forward to returning one day.

The accommodation was great, both in terms of facilities and location. The views are really spectacular. The mattresses of the single beds could be improved because they sink with nothing, but otherwise the apartment is great. It has everything you need.

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting! Enjoy the view from the pool every day. Anything you need is present. Robert was a very friendly host who responded quickly. The route to the cottage is challenging, but it's worth it :)

Let's spend a few very quiet days, the combination of mountain and at the same time the beach nearby is ideal. The casita just like in the pictures, with a private pool. The host David was very attentive, given that due to the storm the light went out and he cared about coming personally to fix it. If we had to go around the area it would be very good option, to repeat :)

It's exactly like in the photos, even though it says it's an old house, it's really good, we felt at home, partly also because we had good communication and they were very helpful. We couldn't find any issues. In addition, the area is great. There are restaurants, the beaches are very beautiful and much more. We definitely recommend it 100%.

We had a very nice time staying in Robbie’s apartment. We especially loved the location right in front of the sea and that it was very close to the restaurants and cafes in La Herradura. It was also very nice to have a small treat and drinks package ready for us when we arrived. Thank you to Robbie for a great stay.

This was the best Airbnb experience i've had in the past years. The apartment is clean and cozy, spacious with three separate airconditioned bedrooms with good beds, beautiful terrace, modern bathroom...the colours in the apartment are light and warm and coming back there in the evening was a pleasure. Literally everything we needed was there - and more. La Herradura is a lovely little village, this apartment is in the center of life, all kinds of necessary shops are either under, or across, or just around the corner from it. I hope we'll come back some day when the sea is just a bit warmer :)

This is such a beautiful and quiet apartment. We felt right at peace as soon as we arrived. Beautiful vistas, easy access to the pool, very clean and well equipped apartment. Highly recommended.

Yolanda’s apartment was perfect. It is in a beautiful Bay opposite the beach with a huge Bay view. Yolanda was very helpful messaging in English as we didn’t speak Spanish. The bed was very comfortable. The outside space and table perfect for eating out with perfect views of the beach and Bay. It was very clean. Yolanda was very helpful and showed us in and always responded to our messages. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to her apartment.

A very relaxing week. The apartment is very close to the beach, which you can access from the urbanization. The pool is quiet and closer to the apartment. The guide that AJ sent us very useful. We were very comfortable!

Mandy and Markus’s place is amazing — modern, comfortable, with a stunning view and an incredible pool. The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing. On top of that, the hosts are just fantastic. They are extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with great advice and local tips. We had a wonderful time !

We loved our stay at Casa de Mar. We only regretted not having booked more days. It is a contagious peace and tranquility. That view from the terrace above the beach, which makes you not want to leave. The beach is fabulous, with clear and crystalline waters, perfect for diving and snorkeling. It was wonderful! We will very much want to return. The house has everything it takes for a comfortable stay. Thank you for everything, Mar.

We had a wonderful time in La Herradura. The house is nice, the view phenomenal and the surroundings beautiful! The roads are stylish, so for errands you really need a rental car.

Accommodation corresponding to the listing and even better with a neat and quality decoration. the bird's-eye view of the sea and a real plus and what to say about the happiness of enjoying the jacuzzi. Well, nothing, you just have to enjoy it. Complete equipment, nothing is clearly missing. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation in any case for our period in June when there were few of us in the residence so it was quiet.

We had a great time with my daughter. Listing is as described. The view of the sea and the sunset is breathtaking. The pedestrian street can be noisy in the evening. But the apartment is very nice and quiet for sleeping. The beach is rarely crowded. We enjoyed it!

Great location with stunning views

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The view and terrace are magical. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. The apartment also had a wide range of equipment for cooking and everything else. The travel guide put together by the owners was also very helpful. We would definitely come back to enjoy the Costa Tropical!
