This beach front home is situated in the much sought after beach community of La Jolla Shores. With its incredible beach front location, staggering views of the surf, wide sandy beach, and breathtaking sunsets, this La Jolla Shores beach house is a vacation home you will want to visit and never leave. Boasting 2,800 sq. feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths chefs kitchen with spacious great room,, fireplace, BBQ and an expansive roof-top deck for dining or watching the sunset.

La Jolla Shores Beach Flat

Great location with just 400 steps to the famous La Jolla Shores Beach. You will love the location and the 1st floor easy access. Patio. Full kitchen. Stacked washer and dryer. Two bedrooms: king size main bedroom and second with convenient twin beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches

Calendar and photos are always up to date and yes we are pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard.

Must scramble down park path to the stony shore, but a sandy beach one quarter mile away. En suite/king bed, dog fee $55 per night.
