A wrap-around deck on three sides with patio furniture, a covered pergola, & a fire pit. We have a clubhouse with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcades, darts & more. We have 12 rentals in total for large groups to stay together.

Casa de Carolina is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront home in Las Conchas with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. House for 4 adults and two children. Both bedrooms have ocean views, the master bedroom on the east side has a king bed and full bathroom with handicap grab bars. The second bedroom at Westside has two twin beds and a full bath. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during the weekends in March, April, May, June, October, and all holidays.
