The villa offered by Chahrazed was beautiful, identical to the photos, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and beautiful. The garden was beautiful and welcoming. The place was perfect for our barbecue around the pool. Communication with Chahrazed was easy, she responds very quickly and is very helpful. She brought us a large and brand new barbecue for our grills because the one on site was a little small The house is welcoming and very practical and can easily accommodate the ten people indicated I recommend Chahrazed's house and I will return whenever I want to have an extended family meeting Thank you very much

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

We really loved this stay, it had amazing views and a really cool gated area. It was a bit difficult to find but the hosts are super responsive and really help you out. I would totally recommend this place - amazing views, location and property.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this place, the host was super responsive and very helpful, which I think is really important when coming from abroad. Also the view from the terrace was outstanding. The area was really quiet and close to nice places (10mins drive it is easy to get a taxi there). The flat was spacious and we all had a lot of space and privacy which was great. Would go there again on my next trip to Tunis

Absolutely amazing! The location is perfect for visiting not only Sidi Bou Saïd but also Carthage and La Marsa. The apartment is beautifully furnished and cozy. The gas stove needs a lighter, but if you don't have one you can buy one at one of the stores around the corner ;) Beautiful, peaceful, convenient. We are looking forward to return!

Our stay was truly a paradise, this house looks like a real museum and the service offered is undoubtedly first class. The location is ideal, a small oasis in the middle of the capital, the kindness of the staff and the owner is also remarkable: there really isn’t half a bad thought about this curated property. It is a cozy place, one block away from the beauty of Marsa Beach, close to the Zaphyr mall, lots of restaurants of all kinds of budgets and taste. The place inside is beautifully decorated, with a peaceful energy. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen the right size, the living room colorful, full of tradition and live. It is situated in a great neighborhood, and if you plan to stay some weeks, you have easy access to the gym and the train that takes you to downtown Tunis. Amazing

Kais and Safa were both incredibly kind, helpful and always to reach. The flat was warm, which is not usual in winter time Tunis, and I appreciated the house & hospitality a lot. Big recommendation!

Charming house located in a great area. Easy to walk to the city center and enjoy what the area has to offer. The villa is kids friendly and is well equipped, super clean and in a very quiet zone.

I start with the host Aziz who is very courteous very responsive and discreet The villa is beautiful the photos on the site do not show all the hidden of the villa in reality the villa is much more beautiful than on the site and a very nice surprise The villa is very authentic and true to its time while offering a formidable comfort. A bookstore is available to occupy young and old as for athletes, a beautiful pool and a large field for exercise We left reluctantly at the end of the stay

Really lovely place! The art and design was beautiful. The location is a bit difficult to get to and hard if your suitcases weigh a lot, but there is a short walk to the view point where the views are STUNNING. Host was so so helpful and would definitely stay again if I were to come back to Tunisia x

We had a wonderful stay! The house is located in a quiet area but still very close to everything you might need. It's spacious, well-equipped, and has all the essential: there was even a hairdryer, fresh water, some recently bought food in the fridge, and brand-new shower gel. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always available for any questions and ready to give great tips about places to visit in the area. They responded immediately to all our messages and even let us stay past the check-out time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!
