Great accommodation. We went there for a weekend by the sea. And we had a great time there. Well located accommodation with the beach right next door, the market is a 10 min walk.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

Family trip, accompanied by our 2 dogs. Welcoming and warm hosts. Water bottles in the fridge and a brioche were waiting for us in the accommodation. What a delicate touch. Clean and pleasant apartment. Quiet, peaceful location, where you can hear nature. My dogs loved the terrace and the environment. City center easily within walking distance. Pleasant village. I recommend this accommodation and give it 5 stars!

We had a very nice stay with our 2 children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is ideally located, very comfortable and cozy. Well done for the beautiful decoration! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean with everything you need available. Very good communication with Marie-Claude, and very well received by Sylvie on site, very smiling and pleasant! The most with the private parking is really ideal On foot, in 15 minutes, you can easily get to the beach and the city center. The port is a little further away, 25 minutes! I would 100% recommend this listing 😊
