Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Mulatière

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement. Les personnes y sont accueillantes et à disposition du client si besoin. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit que ce soit pour sa propreté, ses équipements ou encore sa zone géographique (situé à quelques minutes de Lyon avec transport en commun à 200 mètres).

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

L’appartement de Laure a sublimé notre séjour à Lyon. Les marches pour y accéder n’étaient pas un problème, et permettent d’accéder à un lieu d’une quiétude absolue avec une vue magnifique sur tout Lyon. Je recommande +++

Joli logement au fond du jardin avec accès autonome, disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Il est facile de garer la voiture à proximité. Le centre de Lyon est facilement et rapidement accessible par la ligne de bus dont l'arrêt est juste à côté. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Olivier.

Tôi đến đúng lúc gặp vợ chồng bác chủ nhà. Họ đã hỗ trợ tôi lấy chìa khoá và nhận phòng. Căn phòng nhỏ nhắn và rất dễ thương. Ấm áp và dễ chịu. Cô mèo nhỏ của chủ nhà đã ngủ cùng chúng tôi suốt buổi sáng. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Roland et sa femme. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel avec pleins de petites attentions (serviettes, savon, café, sucre, condiments, transat etc). Le quartier est très calme (Auchan à 10/15 min à pied), bus à proximité. La piscine était très agréable. Le petit point à améliorer est juste sur le store qui recouvre la porte, il laisse entrer la lumière donc quand le soleil se lève, la pièce n'est plus dans le noir et difficile de se rendormir à titre personnel.

Guillaume was very responsive from the outset and communicated excellently. The accommodation was extremely tasteful and modern, and spotlessly clean. Considering that the space appeared small, the layout and design meant that it seemed much more spacious than anticipated. The plateware and cutlery was of great quality and little touches were greatly appreciated. This included complimentary tea, coffee pods, various pasta, and salt / pepper. Free off street parking and use of a washing machine were added bonuses with a young child in tow. We would highly recommend Guillaume personally and the accommodation. More suited to couples but managed to accommodate our own travel cot just fine. Thanks.

Très proche du centre ville d’Oullins, du métro et des bus. Alessandra est disponible et réactive. Le logement est très bien équipé, avec du matériel de qualité. Le petit balcon qui donne sur la chambre est agréable. L’appartement est bien conçu avec une grande pièce à vivre qui inclut une cuisine équipée de belle dimension. La chambre elle aussi est spacieuse, avec un grand placard aménagé. Je recommande vivement.

Super accueil dans un lieu très paisible propice à la détente. L'an prochain je réserve deux nuits au lieu d'une pour encore mieux en profiter !

Small studio but has everything I needed and no clutter. Very handy for where I was visiting with work and also metro, Intermarche, boulangerie and restaurants.

A very nice apartment within minutes of the tramline that gets you to the train station in minutes. So everywhere in striking distance. Cleaning and quiet neighbourhood with shops that sell all you need.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux très proche du métro. Anaïs nous a guidés très efficacement pour notre arrivée. Elle est facilement joignable et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

L'appartement d'Abigail est lumineux et agréable avec sa grande terrasse en étage qui offre une vue dégagée. il est bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour se restaurer, se promener, faire des courses et visiter la ville de Lyon, le tout à pied pendant un week-end. merci !

L’appartement est parfait. Il est super bien situé à à peine 5 minutes d’une station de métro, donc d’un accès rapide au centre-ville. La terrasse est super . Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine très bien équipée. Les contacts avec Martine et l’accueil de Tina ont contribué à ce séjour parfait. Je recommande à 100%.

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Great apartment for our travels, easy to get to from the train station and easy to travel to the airport from. Lots of great places nearby to eat and easy to walk around from to explore Lyon.

A good place to stay as a base for business trips or exploring Lyon – particularly suitable for solo travellers. It’s clean and functional, with everything you need, though not luxurious. Guests coming from overseas should be aware that the electrical sockets are quite old and may not always work well with modern adapters. That said, the building is solidly constructed, and the thick walls provide a peaceful environment with very little noise from neighbouring apartments.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end sur Lyon. la résidence est calme. Marie est adorable et très réactive.

I couldn’t recommend Julie’s apartment more- fabulous base for a trip to Lyon in a gorgeous part of town, very close to public transport. It’s comfortable, colourful and has an incredible vista. Seeing the lights at nighttime over the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière is a stunning sight.

Da ich nicht klar kam mit dem Check-in, kam Elonie sehr schnell dazu und hat mir geholfen. Als ich wusste wie es funktionierte, war es einfach. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Eine große Terrasse mit kleinem Garten rundet das Bild ab. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Bad hatte den Aufenthalt erleichtert.

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
