Studio apartment across the street from the beach, 30 minute ride from the airport and 15 minutes away from the only rainforest in the U.S. national Park System, El Yunque Rainforest. With security at the main entrance of the condominium complex, lobby area of the building and ample free parking. The studio has been decorated with furniture sourced from a local artisan. I assure you the views from our property will convince you of what a beautiful Island this is.

The spacious living area features modern furnishings, including white sofas with vibrant blue accents. A ceiling fan provides airflow. Large windows open to a terrace with ocean views, complemented by palm trees. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall for entertainment.

Very Comfortable two bedroom apartment you will fall in love with. The property is a house divided into 3 apartments in the first floor, two facing the beach and one on the back. This is one on the front facing the beach. The place has bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and hand wash. Please understand no parties, only allowed on the apartment guests registered in the reservation. Please understand no pets allowed.
