Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Paz

Muy amables y comunicación muy fluida. Me quedaba cerca de donde debía ir, así que fue una muy buena opción

La anfitriona Raquel es muy amable y atenta, su casa es muy acogedora y está totalmente equipada, sin duda el mejor lugar para quedarse en La Paz.

This place is spectacular and is so close to the geen line. The nearby shops are lovely. It felt like I was in New York!! The view from the balcony of the garden is magical and the staff at the hotel made us feel safe. The staff is available around the clock. The breakfast is proivded at a discount and there is a huge selection of meats, pastries, stir fries, eggs, etc. to choose from. I will try to bring my family back to this magical location.

Favio and his mother were amazing hosts- we arrived early from a night bus and they let us check in straight away. They gave us so many recommendations and helped us with any queries that we had, we were even treat to some delicious figs! The room is perfect, comfortable and has vans outside the door to taken you anywhere in the city. Definitely recommend staying here in La Paz!

Overall a great experience. Location, although a little steep, is just a few walking minutes away from the main centric avenues in the city. The place itself is very comfortable and private. There's complete flexibility when it comes to entrance. The host and family are very kind, gladly providing you with any sort of information or assistance you may need; and the cat, lovingly called "Chuchi" is very welcoming. I really have no complaints other than the place's hygiene. The room when I arrived was a bit dusty and had spider webs on the corners of the bedroom that I had to get rid off myself. It was clear that no one stepped in there for a while. The bathroom, while not too dirty, could have used some deep cleaning before my arrival and was prone to bad smells. Other than that, I found the place to be very convenient and accessible. Definitely a good choice if you're looking to get a simple humble-abode to keep your things, rest, work online if you need it and move around La Paz.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este alojamiento. La casa es espaciosa, totalmente amoblada y muy limpia, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera muy cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable, en un sector seguro y tranquilo, con fácil acceso al teleférico y otros medios de transporte. Definitivamente, una opción perfecta para quienes buscan comodidad, seguridad y una excelente ubicación en La Paz. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

I had a wonderful time with Gladys and her daughter and the other guests. I highly recommend her house. The room I stayed in is equipped with a private bathroom + shower, a kitchen sink and stove, pots/pans/silverware etc., and a fridge which was all very useful. You pass through the living room and then another door to get to a private hallway and the entrance to the space so it feels very private (you can lock the door if you want). I got very sick 3 different times during my 2 months in Bolivia and Gladys looked after me bringing me medicine and powerade which was so sweet and kind. They also invited me to make and share lunch with them and the other guests on the weekends and showed me around the city. They will take you in as family. Wifi and amenities all work great. The only thing I did not realize before is that the house is located toward the top of a steep hill (about 30 minutes walking from lower Sopocachi). It is not a problem because walking is good exercise and if you are tired you can take a taxi but it is good to know. Overall, really recommend this place.

What a country and what an Airbnb, was an amazing location , very safe and peaceful, tye communication was some of the best I have found on the app. I would give ten stars If I Can. Everything worked and was very clean. Will stay again :)

Excelente experiencia, el lugar es acorde a las fotos y descripción. La zona muy tranquila y de fácil acceso. Karina excelente anfitriona, muy comunicativa, amigable. En resumen todo excelente! Volveré.

The check In instructions were outlined in a PDF AND 4 videos…and then after being unable to get in turns out the instructions were out of date and he sent me a direct message. Pretty frustrating but he was very responsive. After the initial check in everything went better - with the exception we got severe altitude sickness. Omg! Thiago was very responsive and even woke up at 1am to arrange (and double check) our cab to get us to the airport. The place was the nicest you could imagine and the hottub was much needed (closes at 7pm!!!). However since we were sick we did not really get to enjoy the stay and had to cut the trip short.

El apartamento es precioso, con espacios separados de sala, cocina, dormitorios (2), decorado de forma sobria con muy buen gusto, y además impecable. Los dormitorios tienen mucha luz y cada uno tiene un closet grande. La ropa de cama y toallas son de buena calidad, y con el edredón de plumas ni sentí las noches frias. Está situado en Sopocachi, a pocas cuadras de la Plaza España, y del teleférico. Moverse por la ciudad es muy fácil. Es ideal para quienes quieren experimentar la ciudad de la Paz y su extraordinaria diversidad. Comunicarse con Male y su esposo Diego fue fluido y sencillo. Son excelentes anfitriones y me ayudaron a resolver dudas y necesidades. Volverè a hospedarme en este apartamento cada vez que venga a La Paz.

Mon séjour a été excellent. L'appartement dispose de radiateurs performants ce qui est un réel plus par nuits froides avec une température proche de 0°, tout comme de l'eau chaude (et non seulement tiède). Le lit est grand et le matelas d'excellente qualité. dans un rayon a pied de 10 minutes, de très bons restaurants, centre commerciaux, distributeur automatique de billets, supermarché, épicerie, cinéma, etc... de plus l'hôte fut très disponible et très agréable. Je recommande cet appartement.

Excelente ubicación. Hogar acogedor, bastante caliente ideal para el clima frío de La Paz. Me sentí muy cómoda y segura.

Large and clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Christian cleans the place regularly and makes sure everything is okay. Christian is super friendly and provided all kinds of tips about the city and local events. It also helps he speaks English. The internet is a bit slow but other than that a great place for a (long) stay.
