Prévue pour 2 à 6 occupants, la Villa Ti Kaz Payanké (oiseau emblématique de l’île), classée meublé de tourisme 5 étoiles, est située dans un quartier calme, à la Rivière Saint Louis, entre l'océan indien et les cirques volcaniques. Elle est vaste (120 m²), tout confort avec une connexion wifi trés haut débit. Elle possède une spacieuse varangue (40 m²), une piscine de 21 m² chauffée (en hiver) avec vue sur l’océan, une cuisine et bar d'été avec plancha ainsi que 2 places de parking privé.

Séjournez dans notre meublée de tourisme 4* située à la Rivière St Louis. Sur une parcelle de 1300m2, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine, d'un jardin arboré et fleuri et de nos deux terrasses suspendues sur la rivière. La cuisine d'été et l'espace brasero sont également à votre disposition pour des moments de détente en extérieur. 2 lodges de 5 personnes chacun sont situés sur la propriété. Les espaces extérieurs (piscine, cuisine extérieure, brasero, parking) sont communs aux 2 lodges.

Idéalement située en centre-ville d'Étang-Salé, à seulement 3 km de la plage, la villa propose un hébergement complétement équipé avec piscine extérieure nouvellement équipée d'une pompe à chaleur , une terrasse et un parking privé. La Caz' Miness welcomes you for a stay with friends and family. The villa has 3 bedrooms including a master suite (all with 160 x 200 cm bed), a dressing room and a solar heated pool, privatized with child protection barriers. You have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The accommodation is equipped with basic products (salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper...) it's up to you to replenish them during your stay.
