Raied's apartment was a great 1st Airbnb experience, I have invited 3 guests, had a BBQ and we had a wonderful time in the spacious balcony, I highly recommend raied's apartment for your next La Marsa stay.

This was an incredible place to spend a week! It is within walking distance of the beautiful views of Sidi Bou Said, the beach, and a short taxi away from everything else. The apartment is beautiful and Farah was extremely helpful and kind in answering our questions. There is also a delicious pastry shop and coffee shop right out the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

In a great location of Tunis- not far from airport. It is close to many small shops / restaurants. Apartment is clean and very well done. This is now my go to when in Tunis

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

Having lived in Sidi Bou Said before, this stay brought back that same cozy, welcoming feeling. Melik was an outstanding host kind, respectful, and always available to help or answer any questions. His responsiveness and care made the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again on future trips, and I’ll gladly recommend it to friends and family. Highly recommended! 🌟

Very nice workspace, very private, and very large, in the villa district of Carthage between the embassies. With lemon and orange tree in the garden. I thought it was a quiet and good base for the city. I had been in quick contact with the host with any questions. It is not a new building.. If I would like to work for a few days again and relax in Tunisia I would love to stay here again, also to pet the sweet dog again. ps: It's near the presidential palace. When I arrived, I was questioned extensively by the police post and soldiers there. I would advise everyone not to navigate all the way to the house but to get out of the corner at the gas station.

A good stay.

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Very welcoming host, responsive whatever the time, warm and above all generous, she recommended great places to us as well as gave very good advice, the apartment is impeccable , perfect matches her description, very well secured and it feels like home. Air-conditioned and heated, we loved the residence as well as the pool often empty, we enjoyed our stay and we will come back for sure! thank you so much best airbnb host ☺️🙏🏼

The best part of our holiday was definitely that our house was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the airport, markets, shopping malls or various food places. We could spend time walking. Our host's father was a very friendly person, I would like to thank him again from here. He helped us a lot when we were trying to find the house. Basic materials, everything we needed was available. I left a house with very nice memories behind from my vacation.
