A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

We renovated this old barn on 2 levels with a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. Our holiday home is at the gates of the Brenne National Park, 330 km from Porte d 'Auteuil in Paris. Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 25 degrees from May to September.

The building is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the train station (Poitiers-Limoges line), the city of writing, a riverside guinguette and the historic city center. Montmorillon is a 15 min drive from Civaux and Lussac les châteaux, and 40 min from Poitiers and its Futuroscope.
