This is a great option for families or groups traveling. The Host: From inquiry until our check out, our host was very responsive and accommodating. They were very helpful with my questions, give clear instructions and tend to requests swiftly. They also did a good job with the surprise set up since one of us is celebrating a birthday, they delivered without the need for lengthy details and I am very grateful! The Units: Clean and has a lovely view. Complete kitchen set up with condiments and drinking water provided. It's homey and spacious for a big group. It caters to senior/pwd guests as they have rooms at the ground level of the units. Meanwhile the big lofts were enjoyed by everyone especially by our teens. Blankets, towels and toiletries were also provided. They have an honesty store for midnight snacks or whatnots, convenient! Overall, I have nothing but good words for this place/host as we've had a wonderful stay and awesome experience! Kudos Evergreen Team, cheers!

Everything this was as expected, clean & tidy. The area is safe & secure, I extended my stay as I was very happy being here.

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Maria Cristina's place. The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and toiletries. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Host was an excellent communicator, always quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I felt completely at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Baguio. :)

I suggest you provide a folding chair that guest may use if they want to visit the beach for the sunset view and taking in the elyu vibe.

Location is about 40 mins drive from San Juan, LU. Room is clean with hot water and AC. Staff here are friendly.

very responsive si miss Nia since from the start na magbook ako hanggang sa mag check out kami very nice peaceful place unit smells good pagpasok namin pati narin yung cr complete lahat from toiletries kitchen needs a little bit far from town proper 10-15mins depending on traffic but very accessible sya sa taxi at jeeps kaya OK lang may convenience store sa harap may karindirya . I really love her place me and my family enjoyed our 5 days stay at this unit we'll probably go back again next time...

The unit was clean and the bed was comfy. Basic toiletries were there as well as cotton balls and cotton buds. There was no foul smell, and price paid for the stay was worth it! Francis was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciate. I would like to stay at this unit when I travel to Baguio again, and I would also recommend this to my friends and family who have plans to visit Baguio.

I found Imy's place while looking for a nice place to stay for work. My first encounter with the host was really great. She provided me with all the necessary information about the area and even helped me book a taxi to the place. She was very accommodating and responsive to queries. Upon entering the room, I noticed how clean it was. Few snacks and wine were provided, which really gave the place a Baguio vibe. The apartment was also fully furnished and had everything I needed. It also got a great aesthetic. It's very homey and green is my favorite color, so bonus! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I would certainly recommend Imy's place to anyone. Thank you Verdant! This might be my favourite ever Airbnb experience. Marjorie and her family were super friendly and accommodating. I really needed a proper break from busy city life and that's exactly what I got. Rochelle did an amazing job in the kitchen and I loved eating everything she served me. The room itself was perfect for me as a solo traveler and the amenities were exactly as described. Everything was clean and tidy. I can't put into words how relaxed I felt at the end of my stay, I did not want to leave. Surfing in the morning, relaxing in the hammock till the evening then walking on the beach at sunset, pure bliss. When i come back to the Philippines I will definitely be visiting here again and staying at Ocean Breeze!

Very nice that unit is at the back corner of the building —- balcony is perfect for viewing sunset and having coffee on a very cold, windy morning. WARNING though if you have a vehicle, free but VERY limited slots. If you are double-parked, you will need to leave your keys with the guards. Or they can wake you up in the middle of the night if you dont want anyone else to drive your car. But that is beyond the host’s control.

Mio was very responsive and clear with instructions. The place had plenty of space for group of 15 people. Everything was nice and clean. I would definitely book here again.

Thank you so much Angela and Aedriel for being very accommodating hosts! We loved the room at Sea Break and felt right at home. The place was exactly as described in the photos, and really gave us a bang for our buck! We travelled as a couple but the room can accommodate up to 6 or 7 people, so imagine how affordable it truly is. The place is a good distance from the main surfing area of La Union, so this part (Bacnotan) is for those who prefer peace and quiet -- like us! The beach is literally a 2-minute walk from the place, you could actually see the ocean from the veranda! It has a secured parking, too! The hosts were very friendly and always super responsive. We will definitely be back once we find ourselves in La Union again. Highly recommended!

Mitch was very responsive and friendly all throughout our staycation. The place is legit and well maintained. The location is great because it's just beside SM Marilao and a good place to stay when you have to attend a concert in Philippine Arena or Philippine Sports Stadium. I love the fact that they have an available drinking water (w/ dispenser, hot & cold) for their guests and self-check in was very easy (and secure)! Internet connection is also fast and reliable. Parking slot is also available (with a 300 PHP fee) and very convenient. Overall, Mitch's unit is worth every penny based on the aforementioned feedback. Her friendliness over chat is a plus!
