Lovely, comfortable and clean stay. Very close to beach and local cafes/ restaurants.

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

Had a great short stay in South Kingscliff with our dog. Beautiful spot for relaxing and walking along the beach. Studio apartment nicely appointed and comfy bed. Debbie was also a great host.

Our stay was great, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house boat was bigger than we expected, and the top floor was breathtaking with views of the calm water, boats and buildings, was beautiful, orange and violet sunrise and sunsets - we just loved it! It was a perfect 3-night holiday to rest and reconnect with family. It was only a short boat ride to cafes and beach. Brett was flexible with our check-in and check out times, and always friendly and helpful. It was a great family holiday just 30 min away from home. The weather was just perfect too! We would love to come back again one day ☀️

The host is amazing and responds fast, check in/out was easy, and the apartment is super clean, nice, and cozy! Right across from the beach, too! :)

We had a fantastic stay at Damon's! We were a family group of 12 and had plenty of space. The house is very well equipped with everything you need (and more!). Perfect location - only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The beautiful pool and spa were also very well used throughout our stay! Damon was friendly and responsive to messages and we appreciated the offer of a late checkout. Thanks again for a lovely getaway.

A beautiful place to stay with lovely ocean views. It was nice and close to Tedder Ave where all the cafes and shops are and a block from the beach. The apartment had everything I needed.

A beautiful & spacious apartment right on the water with views of Sea World in the distance. Easy to get into with the instructions given by the host. Many eateries less than 100 metres away so there was no need to get the car out. Plenty of places to walk if you are into that. Secure underground parking was also a bonus.

Fantastic place to stay so close to everything walking and driving. Waking up to a beautiful view every morning is amazing such a relaxing and peaceful place . Has everything you would need for a long or short stay . Thank you will definitely come back .

My family and I had a great holiday at Joanne's air bnb, we have a toddler & baby who loved it too. Beautiful view! Only feedback would be to maybe relocate the coffee table being glass for when guests with kids stay as would hate for it to break or an accident to happen, we moved it to the side to allow more room for my toddler to play in the open area! We will be back! Love it x

Sandra's place is fantastic. Wonderful apartment over looking the Broadwater. Great public space nearby to relax and enjoy. Sandra herself was very warm and friendly and provided essentials to get you started upon arrival which was great! Two things that were exceptional was PLENTY OF TOWELS AND TOILET ROLLS WOOHOO!!! The place was our home away from home It was a beautiful place with an excellent view Inside meriton suites so a big advantage of 5 star hotel with a big 2 bedroom suite with a big hall and balcony The view of the river and mountains was to die for and we could see the sunset from our room everyday The place looks like as if it is new and everything was so good We would definitely recommend it for all who are staying in Gold Coast should select this place right at the esplanade walkable to most restaurants and surfers paradise beach

Unbelievable place and unbelievable location! The hosts have thought of every detail. From board games to the coolcabana we forgot to pack. Super comfy beds too! Couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful apartment with incredible view. Stayed with a group of friends for the weekend and enjoyed Nans apartment. Beds were all very comfy and the covered deck was a wonderful place to sit with coffees and relax with the amazing view! The check in process can be a bit confusing so be sure to read the instructions clearly as the key pick up location is not walking distance. The carpark is not suited to a nervous driver (very steep/sharp corners and the available carpark bust be reverse parallel parked into)

Excellent space! Host suzanne was proactive from start to finish she was extremely detailed in the check in process and everything went smooth. The place is absolutely stunning and well worth it! Loved having the extra space! The balcony is a big hit! Lots of nice touches throughout the space.!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The location honestly couldn't be better — right on the water, with breathtaking views and such a peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to everything. Waking up to the sunrise glistening on the water every morning from bed was perfect. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Plenty of scenic places to relax, eat and drink! Our hosts were absolutely lovely — so warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t recommend this place more. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in an unbeatable location, this is it!

The ocean views were just breathtaking. The cafe downstairs was co genie’s tor a nice morning coffee and the apartment smelled lovely and was spotless. Would definitely stay again
