Au niveau jardin, il y a 4 chambres à coucher, dont deux luxueuses chambres des maîtres dotées d'un foyer au gaz ainsi qu'une salle de bain privée . Le niveau rez-de-chaussée vous offre une 5e chambre à coucher, une salle à manger desservie par une table fabriquée par un ébéniste pouvant recevoir 14 personnes. Une salle à manger extérieure vous offrira une vue imprenable sur le Lac Simon.
