The mixed farming farm is located 500 m away; you can discover animal care and farming the land. The cottage has 4 bedrooms with 12 beds including one of 140, and a sofa bed. A 50 m² living room is adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the enclosed garden. The ground floor is marked tourism and disability with 2 bedrooms and shower room.

Hyper centre de La Châtre, dans le quartier historique, le studio est à 50m de la place du marché qui offre des boulangers, cafés-bars, restaurants, et de nombreux autres commerces y compris un super marché. Les fenêtres donnent sur une courette (non utilisable) ce qui assure le calme absolu dans l'appartement. Stationnement gratuit sur la place du docteur Vergne ou dans la rue. Aucune possibilité de rentrer les vélos qui doivent rester à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.
