Los Angeles and Hollywood with all their attractions just 35 miles away. Palm Springs is a little over an hour from here and San Diego is usually a three hour drive. The space is a duplex and does share a yard with the back unit. The bedroom has a new premium memory foam Queen mattress while the living room sofa coverts to a Full-size bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffeemaker. The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen cable TV. There is a brand new patio seating area with new modern wood fencing and a barbecue right outside to grill your dinner while taking in peek ocean/sunset views. You will have total access to this exceptionally equipped home. The fully fenced front yard is perfect for small children and family to enjoy! There are boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all when you walk down the hill for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also off-street parking reserved for one car. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy it all! A free Trolley operates Wednesday through Sunday (May 30-Labor Day) from the downtown area to North Beach and the new San Clemente Outlets. One of the great things about San Clemente is its location half-way (approx. one hour drive) between San Diego and Los Angeles. Legoland is 30 min drive south and Disneyland is a 45 min. drive north.
