Me and my kids absolutely LOVED this place! The unit was so clean and comfortable! The pool on the balcony leading into the larger pool was AMAZING! So worth the money we paid and all The amenities! Multiple restaurants nearby with good food! Definitely will be renting again on my Next trip to Thailand!

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. Very good Villa and good services

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Awesome and beautiful condo. Everything down to smallest detail was provided and everything in condo was first class.Great location. Great views from balcony. Perfect communication with GREAT hosts and included breakfast buffet at Pascals fine dining restaraunt was a very welcome bonus. Very best place i have ever stayed. In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo was just amazing. This condo was a much better stay then most hotels. Thanks Supinda for being such a great host.

Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. I love the kitchen where I can cook easy menu with my family. K.Chalermchai is a great host, super quick response. We will visit your place again for sure, thank you so much ka.

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
