Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

The house is very cute. Perfect for family visits. My father loves it. There is a lift up and down. Very convenient.

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

Great place, near the beach and big pool. Have small shop on the bottom floor. 7/11 a few minutes away. Quiet area. Host very helpful. Helped me with immigration. Would surely stay there again. Thanks Nuo Nuo

The location was excellent.　 It was close to the sea, moderate from the center, and there were many cheap and delicious shops. It was nice that the host's explanation was polite and quick. I'd love to stay here again.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.

valerii is a great host - friendly, excellent in communication, quick respond and always on top of everything. highly recommended! ananya luxury beach front condo is located right on the beach with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores and other services. staying in ananya feels like staying in a private beach resort. completely tranquil and peaceful. best part of staying here is evening walk on the beach! the apartment is huge and love the huge balcony. although the complex needs a fresh coat of paint and the apartment needs some tlc but very clean, free of clutter and very comfortable. we enjoyed our stay very much and will return in a heart beat!

Goches place is exactly as described. Bathroom bigger then photos. A/C cold. Right on the beach. 2 roof top pools. Definitely recommend

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

We had 2 wonderful short stays at Pussadee's lovely apartment near the beach in Bang Saen. Highly recommended!
