Both bedrooms have a King size bed with a new Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress and new 55 inch Smart TV. Each bedroom has a private, full bath and walk in closet. The spacious den/family room has new couches, chairs & a new 75 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 6 seat dining table & 3 island barstools . Outside has a large patio & reserved parking for 2 cars.

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! Walk to Square (7/10 mi.) for food, music, books, shops; visit Faulkner's home (3 doors down); take wooded path to Ole Miss . . . all from your private barn-turned-cabin with porch. Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Continental breakfast provided, as well.
