The spacious den/family room has new couches, chairs & a new 75 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 6 seat dining table & 3 island barstools . Outside has a large patio & reserved parking for 2 cars.

It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable!
