House holiday rentals in Lafourche Parish

We stayed at Pool Haven last week while moving our daughter into Tulane, and it was a fantastic home base for a very busy trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Magazine Street, which made it easy to grab coffee, shop, or find great food in between all the moving errands. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The pool was such a nice bonus—perfect for cooling off and relaxation together. Edward and David were incredibly gracious hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and so easy to communicate with. And Marlene, their sweet dog, was truly an angel! She added a special, comforting presence that made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely recommend Pool Haven to other Tulane families or anyone visiting New Orleans. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great place. The house is really cute. The pool took a lot of work to clean, maybe it was very windy prior to our arrival. Once cleaned and heated, it was totally worth it. Had a great time. House is exquisite!

This was an amazing place to stay! A beautiful home located in a great area. The host was extremely helpful in connecting us with local places to visit and explore. We also took advantage of the professional chef they have available by special arrangement—such a fantastic experience! I highly recommend booking with them. Cannot recommend this home enough for your New Orleans stay! The house is beautiful and spacious enough to fit 10 comfortably. Zach, the concierge, was incredibly communicative and friendly. Also, very walkable to great restaurants!

I know the ratings are on a scale of 1 to 5, but I’d give this property a 10! It was lovely without being over the top. Homey would best describe the house. Deborah, the host, was super and had lots and lots of extras like cookies, chips, coffee and even chocolates and candy. We couldn’t have asked for more! When we next come back for JazzFest we will be sure to book this perfect home. Thanks so much.

My friends and I had an awesome time hanging out and spending some quality time together. Our hosts were super communicative and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed!

Had a lot of rain so gals spent a lot of time inside, good wi-fi and tv, fishing is always good and its next to launch for boat or kayaks. Utensil and linens were quality and house is very nice and comfortable

Great location. In town for work and was a perfect stay

One of the first things that I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was. I’m a clean freak so this is extremely important to me. It had everything we needed and Spencer was a really good host that communicated very well. The place felt cozy and had a peaceful environment and I would recommend to anyone looking for a calm and peaceful stay.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting for our niece’s graduation. Plenty of space! Comfy beds. Spacious hang out area with living room and kitchen. Loved how big the kitchen table was. Angela was super responsive. Would absolutely stay here again next visit to Louisiana.

Great house in a fantastic neighborhood with many walkable shops and restaurants. Margeau was a great host who was happy to give recommendations and was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

We booked for 3 nights the morning of check out we decided to stay another night and Say the host was amazing to me over the phone and so helpful!All of the rooms were clean and matched the pictures provided perfectly! I would recommend to anyone wanting walking access to the beach, a clean spacesh place to stay, and a wonderful helpful host. We BBQ using the grill and outside area provided and we had a parking stop for the truck and boat trailer out back!

My family and I enjoyed staying here for graduation weekend. It was the perfect proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Walkable to nightlife and the streetcar. We will be back!
