A cozy and safe space in the midst of nature, on the banks of Lake Corumbá IV, where nature provides moments of leisure and relaxation, sprinkled with an incredible sunset. Located in a gated community, next to Bali Park, a brand new water park for the whole family to enjoy. The house has a barbecue area, swimming pool, TV room, kitchen, dining room, balcony, sun loungers in the pool area, with 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite, to accommodate families or friends.

Casa Baru has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suites and 2 are semi-en-suites. It accommodates up to 17 people with beds and up to 25 (total) with extra mattresses. Large leisure area, with heated pool, barbecue area, private access to the lake, Beach Tennis court. Located on the shores of Lake Corumbá IV, Casa Baru has a breathtaking view. The house is 88 km from Brasília and 152 km from Goiânia. The house is not in a condominium; it is in a private ranch.
