I had a great stay! The hostess is extremely helpful and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment is faithful to the advertisement, very clean and comfortable, and the brand new air conditioning is a great differential. The location is excellent, with great restaurants nearby and a quiet area for single women to walk, even at night. As a point of attention, the internal access staircase was dirty and dark, as well as the entrance to the building, where there was a lot of trash scattered. I know this is not the host's responsibility, but perhaps a collective effort by the residents could improve this issue. For those who are light sleepers, the noise from the avenue may be a factor to consider. I did not use the kitchen during my stay, so I cannot fully evaluate the structure, but I noticed that there is a microwave and sandwich maker available. Overall, it was great hosting!
