Amilcar and his family gave me a very warm welcome. We played guitar and sang together. I also enjoyed swimming from their bridge. Its also a perfect Spot to reach for a day in Tikal. It is not necessary to stay in a expansive Hotel in Tikal, as you can easily do it from this place. Thank you Amilcar for teaching me the chords for "Girl from Ipanema" All the best Uli

Beautiful Lakefront Space in San Miguel

The place is practically next to the lake, you can see the sunrise or sunset depending on the lake, depending on the time of year. The journey to San Miguel may seem long, however it is on a dirt road, but it is quite passable. I arrived in a small car and with a little patience and low speed without problems. Spacious place for 4 people, good recommendations from Lesbia to visit local places. Thanks for the support, they treated us like family. I'll definitely go to the same place next time.

Mirna is a great host. He is very kind and cares about his guests. The instructions are very clear and the place is beautiful. I recommend it, the bathroom is super clean and he left us shampoo, towels and other things. Thank you very much for the bottles of water, we needed them! God bless you!
