The apartment is amazing, I rented it with a friend to spend a month during a course, it met our expectations, clean place, in addition to having everything that is necessary around: pharmacies, restaurants, market, produce, beauty salon, McDonald's, in short, it is a very privileged place, it was not necessary to move to solve basic needs, in addition to the tranquility of the place. It's just a little far from downtown Brasilia, and the CICB where we took the course, but what isn't far in Brasilia? hahaha nothing that an uber can't solve, besides having a bus stop nearby. I loved everything, besides Luis being super helpful, explaining all the details, it was wonderful! I highly recommend it!!!

Due to a work in our apartment, we spent five weeks in this beautiful duplex, with the best view that Brasilia can offer. The amenities are great. Communication with Marina was excellent throughout the period. Very attentive, she offered some kindnesses that helped us a lot. We even thought about going back, this time just to enjoy the lakeside.

Very cozy, clean and well-equipped apartment with a good location. I stayed 3 days for work and I didn't miss anything, on the contrary, it was a very quiet stay. The host was always very helpful and quick to respond, giving clear information from the time of booking to the time of check-in and check-out. The apartment accommodates 3 people (a couple and one more person/child) very well in two bedrooms. Águas Claras is a little far from Brasilia but it is an excellent alternative to the exorbitant prices of accommodation in the Plano Piloto. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay and, if I need to return to Brasilia, I would stay here again for sure.
