Loft holiday rentals in Lagoa da Conceição

Leia and Marcos were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, gave me a great introductory tour of the loft with lots of good recommendations, and they could not have been kinder. The loft itself was well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Lagoa is also an excellent neighborhood to stay, very safe and walkable with many good restaurants nearby. Thanks again!

Excellent accommodation, enviable place and the optimal host. The only thing we could say negative and not fixable, is that they are contiguous apartments and the noises are up to the guests. We were touched by a slightly noisy group, but the quiet hours at night were respected. We would definitely be back.

Juliene is a wonderful, communicative host and the property is just a 2 min walk to Lagoa Pequena, as well as a 5 min walk to Hiperbom supermarket. It's very convenient location! Things I loved: proximity to the lake, and walkable to Praia Rio Taveres, spacious loft, with small balcony, ample kitchen space including stovetop, microwave, panini press, utensils, glasses and plates, good water from shower! Things to consider: there are monkeys that will come into the windows (if open) and steal your food, haha! Also, be mindful there is no Air Conditioning, which is in the listing, so hot days are indeed hot. Very grateful for Juliene to be flexible with check-in and helpful to make the stay comfortable! Thank you for being a great host.

Our stay in Florianópolis was great! The view is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the full kitchen with washing machine was very useful. The apartment is well located, beautiful and well lit. As I worked from home, having several spaces (2 tables, hammock, sofa, poufs) was a differential. Communication with Felipe was excellent, always quick and helpful. I recommend it!

Micheal is a great host! The place is clean , cute and comfortable! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, Bakery and pharmacy.

I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we need. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, gym.. Everything of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

The accommodation is in a quiet region, with little outside noise. It's easy to get around anywhere in uber and there's a small nearby market that can be very helpful. We received the extremely clean and organized space and the Host's instructions were very accurate.

Our stay at the Regina listing was flawless. We had flexibility at check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot in the Easter holiday and commuting we needed to make. It is possible to see the effort in the details of the host's finishing and hospitality. The accommodation also has an important concern with the separation of waste, which we think is great! If you are looking for a quiet place, close to the gastronomic center of Jurerê and at the same time want to feel at home, we recommend that you book a few days at this accommodation.

Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Sensational stay! The apartment is a dream, very cozy, extremely clean and fragrant, an inexplicable whim, worth every penny paid. The condominium is beautiful, with a warm pool, a great gym, and a huge, beautiful green area! The condominium is of a high standard and the neighborhood is noble, the view from the apartment is wonderful, exactly as in the photos, the air conditioning is also a heater, as I caught cold days, it was very useful. The bathroom looks like a soap opera. Uber accepted quickly. I have nothing negative about this rental. There are several books for those who like to read, and all possible kitchen equipment. Liliane answered all the messages and was very kind to us, congratulations on the beauty and perfection of the apartment. I will definitely return and recommend Liliane's apartment.

My stay at this property was just amazing! From arrival time to check out, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is exactly as in the photos — if not better! Extremely clean, well decorated and with a welcoming atmosphere. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (it had everything from utensils to basic spices) and the shower is strong and with very hot water. Everything was very well taken care of and in perfect working order. The location is excellent — a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to markets, restaurants and public transportation. Ideal for both tourism and business trips. Host was impeccable! Very attentive, he quickly replied to all messages and even gave great local tips. Communication was easy and clear all the time.

A rare gem for working remotely! Great WiFi, spacious enough for 2, large kitchen, very close to the shops, and relatively close to the lagoon where you can rent kayaks, etc. Andreia was really friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Portuguese. Some very thoughtful touches like water cooler and some snacks were very appreciated.

I felt very good at Isadora's house! It is in a very special place on the island and is extremely well cared for and well decorated. It has everything you need to be super well installed (and inspired!). Beyond the house, communication with Isadora went really well - and meeting Magali was a highlight! I was very well received and treated! I highly recommend <3

Stayed for a month in Floripa. The place was clean, well-located — close to the beach and everything useful. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. On arrival, she left a small gift and a handwritten note, which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid stay. Would recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues that arose. The apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. There is no cleaning included for a month-long stay, which was the only downside since we're used to having at least one cleaning included for our month-long Airbnb stays. We did appreciate having a washer & dryer as well as a vacuum to tidy the apartment though. All of the kitchenware was in fairly good shape and the blackout curtains were nice. The apartment is conveniently located—just a short 5-minute walk to Campeche beach and also walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It's located in a fairly quiet area with minimal street noise. We felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was strong—no issues with video calls or internet connectivity. Overall, we would stay here again if we came back to Florianopolis.

Great stay, simple but good location, close to shops, restaurants, market and accepts pets, which is great. And a mime awaited us upon arrival. We'll be back for sure!

I spent one month as Rafael's place and it so far was the best I have stayed in Floripa given the location and the price. The apartment was very cozy with everything I needed and a beautiful mountain view outside the window. He is also super sweet and always ready to help. I definitely recommend his place
