A portaria secundária do condomínio sai de frente para a lagoa, lugar excelente para caminhadas, crianças e fotos. Caminhando mais 500 metros, chegará a Praça do Parque Nanci, local perfeito para a família, com muitos brinquedos, bares e restaurantes. Supermercado a aproximadamente 5 minutos de distância, praia a 15 minutos.
