Holiday rentals with lake access in Lagoa do Peri

The house was impeccable in cleanliness and organization. Gabriela sent me a memo before my check-in describing the places where I would find a market, restaurants and the like with distances, check-in and check-out times ... really impeccable organization. I had the opportunity to meet the mother and father, very kind people who contributed a lot to our well-being since I was only with my daughter and without a car. I'll definitely be back other times. Thanks for the welcome! PS.The house is very well-equipped, nothing was missing.

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It is close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The period we stayed there was great.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the glass cube sauna is absolutely incredible—such a unique and luxurious touch. The accommodation is clean, beautiful and very well organized, providing a welcoming and pleasant environment from the moment you arrive. Every detail reveals care and attention. A charming differential are the ducks that freely circulate through the pond space and bring a feeling of peace and contact with nature that make the experience even more special.

Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The service is fast and they are super flexible with the check-in, the location is great, there are several restaurants and bakeries nearby and you can also walk to the beach, with a 5 min walk!! Great place, everything was clean and fragrant when I arrived, I recommend it!

local town hall supplied our needs, good location, good condominium, suggestions: having a larger bin in the kitchen, because the one in the sink is not enough, to have a larger amount of toilet paper available and at least one disinfectant available to use in the bathroom for maintenance.

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

Sensational space. Great for those who want to disconnect from the city, from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect more with themselves, with the present moment. An immersion in nature, it is worth taking a few days to rest in this place. Quiet environment, very good breakfast, very complete shared kitchen and very comfortable cabin space. Our stay was great. It complied with our need and expectation. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Facilimo access to the lagoon. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities at your disposal. Very cozy room and great TV. Cadeirinhas de Praia and Guarda sun available. Bastante nets, tables and chairs. We just miss more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it.

You know that feeling of entering a place and feeling already at home? It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)
