The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Each room has a private bathroom, views, and access to shared green spaces. Designed by a landscape architect, HABITAT blends comfort, ecology, and charm. It’s also the perfect base for hikers, with trails to Ninoskhevi Waterfall, Black Rock Lake, and Machi Fortress nearby.
