The rental is a private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a shared property that shares common area with hammocks, the driveway & stairs to the beach. You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . Enjoy a kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious food. NO HOT WATER

Stunning views of the volcano range including Volcan Momotombo and all the peace of the country make this a quiet getaway. It's location halfway between Leon and Managua also make it ideal. Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book by the pool. Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.
