we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The host provided our essential needs and leave some instructions before checking in. Great location—would definitely stay again!

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

Our stay at this cozy resort was nothing short of amazing. The place was spotless — clearly well taken care of and cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. It had a warm, inviting feel that made it easy to relax from the moment we walked in. Given the quality of the space and the excellent service, it was absolutely worth the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended! Their place is, if not exactly the same as the photo, I think it’s way better on the actual than the photos. What I love the most is the place is spotlessly clean! Their floor plan is well built and maintained. Beds and towels provided are all nice and clean. The care takers are also helpful and easy to call if you’ll need anything. The only con that I can think of is, its location is a little bit far from tagaytay center and the road is a little bit rough, but we don’t mind because it’s all worth it. Also, we were able to order via grab food so that’s a plus. I’ve seen they also have a contact resto nearby that you can order food. Overall, we had a nice time here at casa farinas. Can’t wait to comeback. ❤️

From the moment we arrived, everything just felt easy and warm. The place was clean, spacious, and had such a calming vibe—it instantly felt like a home away from home. The location was easy to find, which we really appreciated after the drive. The caretakers were kind and helpful, always ready to assist without being intrusive. And the hosts—they’re truly wonderful. So responsive, thoughtful, and generous with clear instructions and extra touches that made us feel cared for throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful for the experience and would come back in a heartbeat.

Booking Experience - you have to plan and decide ahead if you want to experience this place as it always fully book. Our event held May 10 2025 however I booked and reserved the place as early as October 2024. Communication - The host response and answered all my inquiries in timely manner. She is very accommodating and patiently address my concerns. Place - from the boat terminal going to the venue is remarkable experience. KLebrix Lakehouse is such a beautiful place, the interior design of the houses matches the beauty of Lake Lumot. What I also love about, is the Pavillion (dinning and kitchen located) it is separated from the 2 houses. You can cook and make noise while preparing meal without distracting the sleep/rest of the guest. My daughter's bday theme is Dora the Explorer. So many things you can do for this place. Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

Had such a great time at Casa Asraya! The place was super clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick getaway. What really made it special was the surprise birthday setup the host prepared for our sister — so thoughtful! The staff were also really friendly and made us feel so at home. Definitely recommending this place to friends. ♥️

We enjoyed our short stay in Grace's place. The host was easy to reach, and answered all our inquiries immediately. The caretakers were also very kind and accommodated our requests. The privacy was top-notch, and we really liked the mattresses and pillows in the sleeping area. Overall, the place is very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and worth the visit.

The place looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos. It has a great view of Taal Lake and the listing had everything you need even a washing machine. The best part is it's pet friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights with our family of 16 people and it was certainly a memorable trip. Everyone enjoyed and had a relaxing and fun experience. The amenities are great especially the use of ATV and the bonfire. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely consider this for our future family outings.

I love all the amenities tbh. We enjoyed! The bathtub is what I enjoyed the most.
