Melissa’s cottage was exactly like the description and photos! So cute and so close to the beach and to downtown! The sauna was such an extra bonus. We used it everyday. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Great place. Immaculately clean and the views from the room were beautiful. Good location for all of the OC's offerings and attractions, very central and close to Disneyland and the beaches. Only issues were the building. Pool is unheated so a little cold for May, and two of the three elevators went down for several days. Otherwise, great stay!

we have stayed at many Airbnbs, and hands down Micky the host has been the best host of them all! He was super easy to communicate with and really just wanted us to have the best time at his place. the location of this condo could not be more perfect for any event at the convention center! Everything is walkable plus your car is safe in the garage. The condo itself has an amazing view with wonderful ocean breezes. it felt very open being a corner condo. Everything was clean and plenty of stuff in the kitchen to make dinner. We would love to stay here again.

Second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first. Apartment is spacious and modern and has an absolutely amazing view, and great list of amenities. Elite hosting made some brilliant additions to the apartment since my last stay as well. Elite Hosting were communicative throughout the trip and happy to iron out any issues we had. Looking forward to returning again!

Absolutely beautiful place! The view of the ocean is stunning and truly one of the highlights of our stay. The decor is thoughtfully done—stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. Communication with the host was easy and seamless from start to finish. This is definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

This one-bedroom Airbnb in a luxury Santa Ana apartment exceeded expectations. The space was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had high-end amenities. The building offered great security, a pool, and a gym. The host was responsive and accommodating. Perfect for a comfortable, stylish stay highly recommend for business or leisure!

Michael was a very nice host. Great communication, very helpful. He greeted us and took us in. Explained everything. Reserved this place for my 3 family members. Overall a good place. Couple of issues they mentioned: Couch for 3rd person to sleep on was ok. Michael did offer a mattress if couch wasn't very comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable. One toilet and one shower. 2 sinks for brushing teeth. Toilet is a jack and jill style as is the shower. Kitchen was perfect! Very clean. Large fridge. Nice office type small desk. Excellent views of trees from back windows. Shower has been repaired with what looks like special tape on the bottom a bit. Garage was comfortable and clean. Nice easy access washer and dryer. There is an open staircase that's quite steep ( going downwards)if a person were to take a wrong step could fall downstairs. I wish there would be a gate to be more safe for guests walking past the staircase. Overall a very nice place. Michael is a great host!

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

I rarely leave any review but I was tempted to leave one. My whole experience was just AMAZING!!! Form the host to responsiveness to cleanliness to the place that looked exactly like the photos. I requested this booking at the last minute and Jeffery was very responsive and accepted my request within 30 mins. Had a great time. Would definitely come back.

5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Ocean Views! We absolutely loved our stay at this ocean view condo and plan on booking again! The location was perfect— peaceful and private yet the golf cart enables you to visit town. The view from the balcony was picturesque, especially at sunrise and sunset. We spent so much time just relaxing out there with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The condo itself was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected. The décor was tasteful, comfortable and coastal-themed, which added to the relaxing vibe. Our host, Amber, was communicative, friendly, and provided clear check-in/out instructions which was appreciated. Anna, her assistant was equally as kind as we ran into her check in/out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home and a charming town to visit.

This place is perfect and right in the heart of Orange County being minutes away from the Beach, Airport (John Wayne) and Irvine Spectrum. Paris’ place was very easy to find and welcoming, a very neat and clean place to stay. Paris gave me a list of local things to do in the area and left the pool key right at the front entrance for our entertainment and comfort. I come down to OC once a month for school, I would like to use Paris’ place again in the future when I come back down. Thank you again for hosting me and my little family.

Bobby was an AMAZING HOST!!! Best HOST ON AIRBNB LITERALLY!!! The property was more luxurious than photos perceived. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY TO BOOK IN LA NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! Bobby’s property was in pristine condition everything worked. Everything in the house looked 10x better in person TRUST ME!!! Shout out to BOBBY!!!! A trip I won’t forget about EVER!!!

Beautiful home with a spectacular backyard with hot tub sauna and fire pit. Beautifully landscaped. Lots of plants inside and out

James was a great host. His place was perfect for our group with a lot of kids for our trip to Disneyland. He was very responsive. I would happily stay at his place again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and airy, the beds were comfy and the sauna and hot tub really hit the spot. The pool was also perfect for a “cold plunge” after the sauna (we chose not to heat it). The backyard was a perfect hang out spot and we decided to hang out here instead of going to town. Also enjoyed the local Farmer’s Market. The toilet paper was also super nice!

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Megans place was organized very well and felt really homey! The spacious backyard was nice and had plenty of seating and lighting for a large group. Anything you needed as far as beach accessories was included such as beach towels, chairs, and even surfboards. We enjoyed our time and slept very comfortable. 10/10 host and home! Well worth our stay and would book again.
