Relaxing Spanish Stunner House near the Queen Mary

Sink into the leather sofa under a triangular wood-framed picture window and admire the art and colorful rugs that fill this Spanish-style home. Outside, take a dip in the shared splash pool, relax on the sunny patio, or gather around the fire pit. Please note, there is a guest house in the backyard. The backyard is a common area amongst guests. The splash pool is small, only 3.5 feet deep. All guests must use their discretion in practicing social distancing. This space is a classic Spanish style house built in 1932, but has been completely renovated with all new everything. We are nestled in the heart of the historic Wrigley neighborhood in Long Beach. A fully equipped kitchen, crisp linens (hypoallergenic), towels, games, and Netflix await you. You'll find coffee, tea, water, and some rotating treats floating around. You'll also love the 56 inch 4k Smart LED television. Jet to downtown, the beach, Bixby Knolls, Cal Heights or Belmont Shore within minutes. Several culturally diverse restaurants with fantastic food, and amazing coffee shops, sprinkled around the neighborhood just a short drive away. -The Spanish House has a completely detached small guest house in the rear of the yard called "The Little Bungalow" that is also an airbnb. Other than that the whole front main house is entirely yours and private! -The pool and fire pit are common areas, but you can use them at any time. -You will be given a temporary access code for the front door prior to your arrival. Please note, the door locks automatically upon exit, so you'll need to enter the access code each time. You may see me out and about in the back yard at times, feel free to come and say hello. Sometimes I make friends and we chat outside around the fire pit, sometimes I'm away. However, I will respect your privacy and our level of interaction will be organic. If you have any questions during your stay, don't hesitate to message me! The home is in a culturally and architecturally diverse neighborhood of Long Beach. Shops and restaurants are about five or six blocks away, so it is easier to bike, drive, or ride-share instead of walking to attractions. The beach, aquarium, Queen Mary, and convention center are all about 2.5-3 miles away. Some people bicycle, but I recommend driving/UBER/Lyft to get to most places. 1) There is one airbnb called "The Little Bungalow" located in the back of the yard. This is entirely separate with it's own entrance. 2) The Spanish House has its own private parking in the front driveway. 3) The main backyard is a common area, for all guests to share and use the pool, and fire pit. 4) The pool guy comes early Friday mornings for 15 minute maintenance. 5) The gardeners come Wednesdays for 1 hour maintenance.

Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Cottage by the Harbor

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

Centrally located private mission viejo studio

Just 3 minutes from the 5 freeway sits this attached but private studio. Once through your private entrance you will feel at home. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace and fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge/ freezer if you feel like cooking. There is also a 2 person table/ desk in front of the warm electric fireplace. The ceiling fan keep things cool. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Salt Creek beach,Dana Point Harbor and Trestles are just 15-20 minutes away. Great Location!

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
