Loft holiday rentals in Laguna

Definitely a great deal considering the unit is in the BGC area, just a few minutes walk to High Street. unit is 2 floors, has 2 separate bedrooms and the T&B upstairs, while downstairs is the kitchen, dining & living room area. Air conditioning is great and has amenities such as wifi, microwave, refrigerator, iron & hairdryer too. provides towels also. bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo are not provided, but it's totally ok. there is a 711 and a laundry place on the ground floor of the building. overall, loved it, will recommend and choose to stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect — the nearest Airbnb to St. Luke’s Medical Center Global! There are so many great restaurants nearby, and it’s just a short walk to High Street. The area felt very safe, which was important for us. Jill was incredibly accommodating and kind, and Camille was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was such a pleasant and seamless experience. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

I had a lovely stay at Amelie’s apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, full of natural light and conveniently located with plenty of eateries within walking distance. What really stood out was the kindness of the host when the hairdryer in the unit wasn’t working, they quickly lent us a replacement, and they also graciously allowed me a late checkout. These thoughtful gestures made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for both the location and the warm hospitality!

I stayed in Donna's place for almost a month, and the first thing to note is that it is unusually bright and open. The split level design of the apartment makes it one of the more unique AirBnBs in Makati (most are stifling rectangles). There are ample dishes, and water is supplied along with the service to get more for longer stays. A/C, internet, power - everything was stable and quality. Very responsive. There were a few issues with the checkin/checkout, but the responses were always fast and caring. I recommend this to anyone, especially for longer stays.

Started the year at Mars’ place. It was so comfy and the unit looked exactly like the photos. Will definitely book again :)

Stayed five weeks here with my fiancé. There were a couple minor maintenance issues but Anne always responded very quickly and was super helpful. Initial stay was for 4 weeks but Anne agreed to extend the stay another week at the discounted rate. She also gave us a few free cleanings of the unit. This place is at the SW corner of BGC. High street is about half a km away, Burgos Circle similar, SM Aura and Market Market around 1 km. Venice Mall is about 1.5km. The area is pretty quiet for BGC. Last time I stayed in Uptown and there were constant horns honking. Definitely liked this place better and the value is good given the size of the loft. The most important part of selecting somewhere for me, especially as a foreigner, is having a reliable and helpful host. Anne always responded to any issues or questions very quickly, usually in under half an hour, and she made this an easy and pleasant experience, speaking English well in addition to Tagalog Thank you for the great experience.

I will definitely book this place again in the future, it is close to everything and it is located in a safe area. Thanks again for hosting me.

Good location. Parking at basement of building. 2nd floor can sleep 5-6 pax comfortably. Easy check in and check out. Nice building view. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Well maintained unit. Everything mentioned is what you get. Good for groups with its two bedrooms and sofabed. Location is also very near to burgos circle and high street.Lots of places to eat and chill out.

Ann was very friendly and helpful, especially when I misplaced the key. I was initially hesitant to book due to needing stable Wi-Fi for WFH, but the internet was reliable at 50mb/s. The place is inside a private gated community with great amenities, including a nice pool. It has a well-designed layout with a loft-style bed and customizable lighting. The kitchen was well-equipped, and overall, everything was great - so great that I re-booked this place. Definitely recommend this place! Thanks again Ann

The space was modern and nice. Comfortable space and good bed. The complex has everything you need and it was easy to get food delivery. Rose was very responsive and quick giving us tips and answering questions

Everything was clean and looks like the pictures. Wifi was fast and had no issues with the automated locks/TV/AC, etc. Ms. Diana was very accommodating and instructions were clear. It's located in a busy area but the room/inside of the building itself is quite cozy.

Great stay for a month. Complete amenities which I liked! Hosts were very welcoming. The only concern we had was the intermittent internet connection but it was on provider's end. It was resolved immediately and host made sure that the connection was restored. Thank you so much!
