Holiday rentals with lake access in Lahti

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Thank you very much.

Functional accommodation for both small and large groups. Certainly a good destination for skiing in winter. As a summer destination, the distance to the beach is longer than you might expect from the pictures.

The cottage was really beautiful, cozy and fully functional, and communication went well. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

We stayed at the house for 2 nights. A gorgeous place. So much room for everyone. The second evening the downstairs bathroom started overflowing. At least we noticed in time and immediately texted the host and we got an answer right away. We were smart enough to turn off the water for the whole house. A very nice man (that had dropped off some grilling supplies before), came and knew right away what was the problem. He explained that the toilet tank outside (septic tank) was full and needed to be cleaned out. He called the company and in 30 minutes the truck was outside. The man helped us turn the water back on. He was very sorry about the whole situation and offered us a late check out and free cleaning. Our friend group really enjoyed the stay and it is truly a beautiful place to stay at, we made life long memories there.

We stayed at the same place for the second time. The experience was as good as the first time. Very friendly welcome and host flexible , everything went smoothly. The apartment is clean. Thanks a lot.

Overall every good experience staying here. Beautiful and stunning views of the lake and trees x. The sauna is also very good. But watch out if you park your cars at the yard, there are trees and rocks you need to pay attention to.

A peaceful and welcoming place to stay with an incredibly beautiful lakefront location. Great outdoor trails leave right next to the place to stay. It was lovely to sit on a glazed deck and a lakeside sauna terrace admiring summer and nature.

The apartment is a few minutes drive from Messilä ski center. A small walk away is a large grocery store and pizza/kebab eatery. The apartment has all the necessary dishes for cooking. A super fun sauna that's great for relaxation after a day on the ski hill.

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment had all of the amenities we needed. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. View out to the lake was great + sauna made the stay even better

We had a nice summer weekend with 8 adults. Vierumäki is great because there are as many activities as you want. The cottage is about 1.5km from the ice hut, the tennis courts are right next to it. For a large group of people, you can cook, but the kitchen is small in size and the fridge space is limited, all the other spaces really work against it.

I loved the place! Beautiful scenery for idyllic seductive people. Peaceful and private setting! Rowing on the lake was comfortably done on a boat in use. The separate sleeping area was really good and the bed bigger than normal was a big plus. The sleeping area was crowned by an air source heat pump that was well adjusted to a quiet sleeping setting. We slept really well in the listing! The sauna was really neat and atmospheric. The carrying water brought real cottage vibes. The cooking was a great success in a diverse summer kitchen. The home has a large deck and a large covered area where it was nice to hang out, both in the rain and the shine. Our dog was also very comfortable at the property. Communicating with Marko and Marjo was really easy and natural! Messages were always responded to, and everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend this place!

Cool accommodation, large, nicely located, very pleasantly furnished with great opportunities to do things! We had a great time, bathed in the lake and also enjoyed the sauna and the hotpot very much! We recommend the wholeheartedly and would be happy to come back!

A wonderful Mökki with a beautiful lakeview. Jukka was very helpful at Check-In. The house is well equipped, clean and asthetically furnitured. The separate sauna building lies at the lakeshore. We travelled with two small children (2 and 4) and the house was perfect for that. We enjoyed the sauna and the dip in the icehole very much. We would love to come back!

Kitchen equipment 10/10! There were lots of dishes, utensils, skippers, pots, and the most common appliances! (:

We did well and had a nice little "vacation" at the cottage. The cottage and yard were as described. If the intention is luxury vacationing, I would not go here, but if you are looking for honest Finnish cottage vacationing, the place is perfect. A big plus is that you don't need to bring blankets/sheets and towels. The host communicates well. No complaints, maybe we'll come again ☀️

An amazing place to stay, very well equipped - sauna, grill, terraces, everything you might need. Would definitely recommend, would have loved to stay longer!
