We adapted the architecture to insert it in a natural and graceful way on the extremely sloping terrain, resulting in a duplex with the two rooms on the lower floor, both with a spectacular view of the sea, the island of São Jorge and a wonderful sunrise. Its sumptuous balcony that includes stone barbecue has an unobstructed and stunning view of the entire island of São Jorge, the beautiful canal and a garden.Upstairs, dazzle yourself again and enjoy a drink in lounge chairs or outdoor dining with unsurpassed views. The interior space, in open space style , is cozy and comfortable. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left-hand side of the porch, a sunset like a Hollywood movie, so perfect that it looks like a mirage. The Lima Sol house is a charming space, located in a quiet area of the parish of Santo Amaro, where you wake up in the middle of nature and at night you hear the song of the "seagulls." The house has the amenities of a relaxed lifestyle. Open space bedroom/living room with double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. In a charming corner, you also have access to a barbecue area. In front are the slopes of the northern part of the island. About 200 meters away is the Portinho bathing area.

About 4 km north from the city of Horta is Almoxarife Beach. In the "a moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a production site and warehouse for the Paulo family's wine. The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar. Next to the bathing area, it has a view that invites long nights of conversation.

Casa Acima da Rocha is “an inch and a half” from the rocks of the coast, with a magnificent view over the Pico-São Jorge canal, where you can be lulled by the whispering of the waves of the sea and the song of the seagulls.
