Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). THE MAZOT - This beautiful wooden chalet can accommodate 4 people - Covering an area of 65 m2 it has large balcony terrace with sauna, wood stove, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa available 1 may until 1 october. Very comfortable and pleasant to live with two big south side windows. The colorful décor is unanimous and our guests are enchanted by the setting and the calm. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is at the entrance to the Bauges Natural Park. In summer, you can take advantage of the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and sliding with two small family ski resorts nearby : the Semnoz (30 minutes) and the Margeriaz (40 minutes) as well as the Revard plateau (40 minutes) for the bottom and the hike. One hour from here are the Aravis stations.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The cottage is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
