IT HAS 3 PARKING SPACES AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. YOU WILL FIND A SET OF TOWELS IN EACH ROOM. WE APPRECIATE THE CARE AND CONSUMPTION OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Note: The property is accessible only by boat to our private dock or by footpath — 15 min to Santa Cruz or Jaibalito.

This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
