Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Balaton

Beautiful surroundings, horses right next door, nice, clean, tastefully decorated, private accommodation, away from everything. Stefania was a very nice landlord, and was immediately available in case of questions or problems. There was almost everything a vacationer could want: a hot tub, a kettle, a grill, and we just missed the microwave. There is well water in the water pipes, but we were left with more cans of PI water in the accommodation, so that was fine. Thank you so much for everything, we had a great time:)

True to the name of this place, it's a Chip of Miracle! Recommended for those looking for a pampering experience. A kind and attentive host who helps you relax remotely if needed. This place was a wonderful experience!

We had a really nice stay here and enjoyed nature and some beautiful sunsets. The guesthouse has everything you need but the huge garden in the vineyard really was the highlight. It has beautiful spots to catch some sun at every time of the day and beautiful views down the hill. But one has to mention, that the „road“ leading to the guesthouse is quite adventurous - we got used to it, but a bigger/longer/lowered car might have been a problem. Adam himself wasn‘t on site, but communication was easy and he offered a great replacement in form of the guesthouses neighbor Janosch who took good care of us!

We spent 10 days in László's small cottage surrounded by vineyards. The house is very well equipped (from baking paper, band-aids, sunscreen, tick repellent to crepe maker, water decalcifier, candles, etc.). We didn't miss anything. The location is remote and quiet. The last part of the path is a gravel path. You park on the meadow. Since we had no rain, it was ok for us. The view of Lake Balaton and the hills is fantastic. The sunset is particularly beautiful. The children had their own private room for sleeping and a thousand ways to play, both indoors and outdoors. You can go hiking and biking directly from the house. We can only recommend the place. :-)

Wonderful home equipped with a lot of love in detail! We felt very comfortable and were warmly received!

We had a great stay m in August at this beautiful house, very precisciously for this hot period equipped with air condition. Enough space for 6 people and everything clean. Easy and flexible checkin. Walking distance to a great gelateria, some restaurants and the beach / promenade and train station.

Very nice cozy cottage, both indoors or outdoors. Beautiful view of a mountain from the cottage and from the terrace and cottage lies in a beautiful area for hiking and cycling. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a really good time and would love to come back! The communication with Gabor and his mother was great. The contact on site was with Maria, she was more than friendly and very helpful!

Very clean localisation, in calm area. Close to balaton Lake.

We stayed with Dora for 3 weeks with our children aged 16, 14, 12 and 8. It was absolutely perfect, despite temperatures of 36 degrees we had a perfect place to stay. From the house, you can perfectly reach many sights around the Balaton by car or train, but also hike directly to get around the "Badacsony" to other villages and also beach resorts and promenades. I would like to emphasize that the house has the luxury of fly screens and shading on the windows, which makes it perfectly usable even in summer without being stung or grilled.

Nice place, situated in a beautiful little village, close to Abrahamhegy beach and a few other locations. Very well equipped, I can recommend for travellers with kids and families. For people who are not super close the sleeping arrangements might be a bit challenging, as the sleeping rooms are basically connected and one has to pass through one of the rooms in order to reach the bathroom and stairs. Tünde told us before, so we know what to expect and it was fine for us. She is a great host, very easy to communicate with and offers a lot of thoughtful and kind extras for her guests. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

I've lived in Brigitta's house several times and everything was fine

the house is located in a picturesque environment, you can see Lake Balaton and the surrounding coolers from the terrace. The garden is naturally green, lugasey, even the carport is shaded by a huge walnut tree. The house is a studio size, but we found everything we needed and cleanliness welcomed us. The communication with the host was good and was maximally flexible. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet relaxation.

A great little house, fully equipped – it even had an air fryer, which we were really happy about! The hosts were very kind and helpful. The garden is incredibly large, well-maintained, and everything was beautifully green. We had a wonderful time. I can only recommend this accommodation!

This cabin is everything we were looking for when we decided to getaway from the city for the weekend. The pictures do make justice to the amazing cozy cabin, it is comfortable, practical, super cozy and it seems that every detail was well thought out. You would think that a cabin in someone's backyard wouldn't feel that nice, but don't be mistaken, it feels totally secluded with an ample backyard, silent neighbourhood and a fire pit to enjoy some wine and the starry sky. The property is easy accessible by car and you can get around by car, bike, or on foot. The train station is not far and is easy to get to the next neighbourhood if needed. Gabor and Zsuzsanna are lovely hosts that will provide everything you need while there. We felt very welcome and even got homemade Easter cookies! We couldn't recommend it more, it's a great stay and we are looking forward to go back there and explore even more of the region.

We were completely satisfied! We've had a lot of places to stay in different states and continents, so we can compare – and this place has already taken us into the photos. Often the reality doesn't match the photos, but here everything was even better than we expected. The amenities are above standard, everything matches the listing-and more. The place is in a beautiful, quiet place, perfect for those looking for privacy and well-being. Special praise deserves breakfast – it was just perfect! We were looking forward to seeing what's new in the basket every morning. Always fresh, imaginative and plentiful – portions would be fine for four. We've never seen breakfast like this before. Too bad you can't give more than five stars. We can only recommend this place!

We had a great time staying at the place. Unfortunately, we were not able to get to know Mária in person due to illness. The cottage has everything you need. The location is perfect as well. The lake is right at the end of the road. A buffet is also nearby. We will be happy to come back!
