Holiday rentals in Lake Butrint

It was so lovely to stay at Daphne and Lisa‘s home. We thought this was the perfect location to explore Corfu. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful with our airport delays. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the island. Thank you so much for having us!

I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay in Corfu. The house is a family holiday home and it feels well loved. Everything is there to enjoy time together, lovely lawn area for games, right on a lovely beach, meals on the generous balcony, very functional kitchen. And a 10 min drive to Kassiopi for lots of good restaurants. I would definitely get a car, the walk to the town is 20 mins. Thanks to Caroline for all your help.

Our stay at Thinalo in Corfu was absolute perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the villa’s stunning sea views, private beach access, and luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The spacious bedrooms, each with their own balcony and bathroom, felt like a dream, while the fully equipped kitchen and seamless indoor-outdoor living made every meal a delight. What truly set Thinalo apart was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond—adjusting our booking when travel delays shortened our trip and ensuring every detail was flawless. Katia, who welcomed us, was warm and professional, even arranging a last-minute boat rental that became the highlight of our trip. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying sunset dinners on the terrace, and swimming in the crystal-clear Ionian Sea just steps from our door—every moment felt magical. Thinalo isn’t just a rental; it’s a slice of paradise. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

We stayed 6 nights in this lovely apartment. Lia received us extremely hospitably and made sure that we lacked nothing. Halfway through our stay, we received new towels and bedding, very nice! The kitchen is basically equipped to prepare some basic things yourself. Do not expect to cook extensive meals, the restaurants in the area are too good for that😁. The apartment is in a quiet part of Ksamil and a 10-minute drive away you will find Laguna Beach which is a lot quieter than the bays in Ksamil itself (recommended!). Thanks again!

This apartment is the perfect location for a romantic couples holiday, the view is incredible and the apartment is furnished in a simple tasteful style and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable, a good powerful shower and a nicely equipped kitchen. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the cleaning service during our stay was very good too. The apartment is in a small block of five with a separate entrance and very private. The two terraces where lovely, one gets the sun in the morning, the other in the afternoon. There are five tavernas in the village, three of which are particularly good (check out the trip advisor reviews), two cafe/bars, two supermarkets and two cashpoints, plus a couple of gift shops. We didn't use the rented car at all in the first week as we had everything available at hand and the walking routes to the local beaches for swimming are lovely. We couldn't fault this apartment and will be coming back very soon, it is just lovely!!

What a difference a proactive, responsive host makes in a guest's experience. Host Ana was amazing. I took 2 buses - Gjirokaster to Saranda, Saranda to Ksamil. Ana followed my progress, told me where to exit the bus, and her father was waiting (with a smile) to drive me (and my heavy suitcase) to the beautiful apartment which was very close! So kind, so kind. The studio was private, easy ground-floor walk-in, with a nice little porch to sit and have morning coffee. Inside it was very clean with all the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom. This was the first time I used an open shower without a wall and I loved it! Super efficient! Plenty of hot water. Location: Extremely walkable location, perfect because it was away from the crowds (tourist season); however, I could easily reach all the beaches and restaurants by foot. Ana recommended a more private beach with less people (thank you). I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again.
