Sweet Retreat Historic Bungalow 1880's

This house is up to par with meeting the safe at home corona virus standards for cleaning. This great little turn of the century bungalow has it all. This home has recently been renovated to have all the upgraded amenities while still preserving that classic historical feel. One will have easy access to the home with a keypad code to come and go as they please. If you bring a dog there's a $25 pet fee per dog per day! Lake county license# 2025-03 if you plan on grilling, bring some charcoal.

We LOVED this home! It was beautiful, cozy, and had a well stocked kitchen which I always appreciate. The home was clean and was set up beautifully. Having a large, clean garage and access to a gym + jacuzzi was such a plus. This was perfect for our group.

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

Oh my goodness! Host Janis and co-host Tyler were so responsive!! Large home plenty of space for multiple people to stay! Loved the hot tub in the evenings! Close to everything in Breckenridge! Very reasonable cost! Checkout instructions were very minimal and easy! Would stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

The Golden Moose was absolutely amazing!! Everything we needed for the weekend was there. Kym was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The amenities were great and the hot tub was super easy to use as everything was set up for us. Highly recommend this place as it will be a stress free experience.

We had a wonderful stay! We ended a multi day road trip here, which was the perfect landing spot enroute to the airport. I’ve never seen adult sized bunk beds before! Beds were comfy, and not too soft. The location was super quiet, the kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed. Easy short drive to the brewery and super markets, easy to find and park, and the place had a renovation that we were admiring. Would rebook!

This place is so cute! We loved the decor and it was very clean. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. We had everything we needed in the condo. Bonus was the deck. It has beautiful views and a stream running through the property. Made it very peaceful. Parking was easy. We used the hot tub as well. Easy to access and very clean. It was also an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. We will be back!

This condo is perfect place to walk and bike. The paths are right out the door next to a creek. The sounds and beauty of the mountains is right out your front door. The lodge is in walking distance to get pass to workout room, pool and spa. Or rent water equipment for neighborhood lake.

Had a great stay at this place in Frisco! Location was perfect for our ski trip to Copper Mountain and Vail—convenient for getting to both resorts. Ira’s place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Frisco Main Street with great restaurants. So convenient on and off I-70. And the private hot tub was such a treat.
