This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two kayaks and 3 canoes all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

(Ruby Lee) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo) , pig, (Wilbur) and a lamb (Gracie) Fenced in property, I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically.
