Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake County

The place was exactly as described. Close proximity to Miller Beach and plenty of restaurants. Home was cleaned very well. Host were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Beautiful place to stay. Layed out great! The most dog frendly place i have stayed at. Loved the little dog shower after a long day at the beach great place to get them all cleaned up. Then relax in the great couches. Would stay there again!

We so enjoyed our stay! Each day we saw some deer in the backyard/neighbors yards (including a fawn!), and the house was very well equipped so we didn’t have to overpack for a weekend stay. Being able to borrow a wagon and some beach chairs was fantastic. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The only small inconvenience about the home is not all the doors latch well. Ex. The door from the master bedroom to the bathroom wouldn’t close all the way and thus couldn’t be locked, so we just wound up putting a chair in front of it and only entering from the hallway. Otherwise, it was wonderful. The location is fantastic as well! We did walk to the beach from the house - it’s very doable.

The return trip was even better than the first! We enjoyed the balcony, the woods across the street add to the relaxation. The uncrowded beach made the sunset even better

This home was super cozy for my big family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the way it is set up makes you feel right at home. This home had everything we needed. TV’s, kitchen items, recommendations, and even fun family games and activities to do. Every time I visit the area I’ll be checking to see if it’s available. 10/10

Simply beautiful! My daughter ( 7 year old) and my goddaughter ( 5 year old) enjoyed themselves! We loved the layout, beautiful scenery, spacious rooms, the updated amenities, the spa bathtub and the outdoor patio swing is amazing! This house is somewhere you can relax and rewind, enjoy yourself and feel safe at! Angie, is the best! I recommend you stay at Angie’s beach house! You will love this house!!!!!!

We took a Friendcation-a good size group with adults and kids ages 7-11. Everyone had a blast! The view, the access to the water, the spacious home…all incredible. Host was responsive and helpful. While host is located next door, there was never a feeling of lack of privacy. We had a great time and will likely return to this location. Highly recommend! One thing to keep in mind is you must be okay navigating stairs! Lots of stairs but all a part of the amazing set up and position on the water.

This cute house is well equipped, easy to get to and has walkable places to eat & to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and lots of nice towels. We came up to do some birding so didn’t use all the beach equipment but it is easily accessible. Our host was easy to reach out to and agreeable. I’d stay there again.

This was my first time using Air BnB and Annie was an awesome first host! She communicated very clearly and responded in a timely manner! She even went the extra step and left a fruit pouch for my toddler, which he loved! I'll definitely be getting this place next time we go to Chicago!

It was an absolute BEAUTY of a stay. My husband and I literally booked it last minute. (1 hours before leaving) and the host immediately responded and was so friendly and kind. It’s about a two minute walk from the beach. Very quiet, the house has a lot to culture. I felt right at home, truly. Thank you Matthew !!

Nick was very responsive and understanding, especially considering it was my first time using Airbnb. His place was the perfect size for our needs, and was conveniently close to restaurants, beach and stores (Walmart, dollar store, clothing stores).

I had a fantasic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our visit smooth from start to finish. We also loved and appreciated the attention to detail of having all the essentials for a perfect stay. The location was great and close to where we wanted to go, but still quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This cottage was absolutely perfect and beautiful for our annual friends trip. The host was responsive and extremely accommodating. The backyard patio seating and hot tub was a relaxing and private escape. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby beach, trails, and attractions and always felt safe walking around. I highly recommend staying here.

This was our second visit to this lakefront home. Great view, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Mary, the host, is friendly and responds quickly to messages. This is the perfect place for my sister and I to get away from the city and relax. Thanks Mary and Tim!

Perfect couples getaway. We were there in off season so nice and quiet. Great lake views. Hubby was fishing off the dock everyday and I sat on the covered back porch looking at the lake and enjoying my book. Very clean! Great grocery store a few minutes away! Strack & Van Til. Great dinner at the Lighthouse just 5 minutes away. Very nice affordable winter weekend getaway. Jent was amazing. Quick response to questions. There's a piano that's in tune that I missed in the pictures. Would have brought some sheet music.

This place is a great getaway. If your looking for a place in Miller Beach area and want to see copious amounts of varying wildlife just hanging around then this spot is just what your looking for. The host Blake is very responsive and respectful. I stayed for over a week with my dog and he didn’t want to leave. You won’t either.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was very peaceful, with beautiful surroundings and nature views from the large windows. Watching the deer each day was a highlight of our visit. The home was well decorated and nicely updated. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Patrick was an excellent host who communicated well throughout the entire process.

We had a fantastic stay! Super close to the Lake, which is just what we wanted. House looked exactly as pictured. Most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Overall, a great experience.
