This is our second stay at the cabin, and our third stay with Darren as a host. He is wonderful, and the cabin is wonderful. The location is serene, and the bird watching is amazing.

The place was well represented in the photos. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was clean and fully functional. The property was beautifully maintained both inside and outside. This was ideal place to recharge. We were provided with everything needed to have a relaxing trip. The setting is unique and serene. The sounds of nature were all around us. It was obvious to us that the hosts put a lot of care into this home.

Liz’s place was the perfect home base for our trip — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and Liz was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This is our second time staying at the A Frame and it won’t be the last. It’s an incredibly peaceful and homey place that makes me feel so rested. We love it here!

The cabin was beautiful and clean, I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to visit Mosquito Lake. There’s a place to drop boats/kayaks in walking distance, along with close access to bait shop. Boat rentals on the south side of the lake was a short drive and easy to get to. Would be interested in renting again in the future!

The cabin is very well kept, and has everything you could need for a wonderful getaway. The pond is lovely and the trail is great. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a nice, peaceful vacation for you and your significant other!

Beautiful, clean cabin with all listed amenities. Spacious with plenty of sleeping and bathroom space. Fully stocked efficient kitchen. Hottub works and is very roomy. Peaceful woodland scenery. Neighbors seemed visually curious about us.

We had the most magical stay at this cozy and charming cabin for our weekend getaway to Cook Forest! The views from the windows were absolutely breathtaking — especially while watching the rain fall through the trees. The reading nook felt like something out of a storybook, and our pup felt instantly at home with all the thoughtful touches, from the basket of toys to the convenient tie-out. Every detail made this place feel warm, welcoming, and peaceful. It truly was the perfect weekend retreat. ❤️

My girlfriend and I stayed one night in Cabin #3 at Edinboro Lake Resort, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless—check-in couldn’t have been easier. The key was waiting for us inside the cabin, which made settling in seamless and stress-free after a long drive. The cabin itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. You can tell it’s well cared for—clean linens, cozy furniture, and everything we needed was right there. It had a warm, inviting feel that made us instantly relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It was the ideal setting for a quiet getaway, and we only wish we had stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, for more than just one night!

Wonderful cabin only a few minutes from Ellicotville. Very peaceful and a great place to relax. Lots of good restaurants in town, including our favorite the Ellicotville Brewing company! Good brews and good eats. Lots of outdoors activities near by including skiing, hiking, a fantastic state park, walks, etc.. The backyard had an amazing fire pit! Owner was welcoming and flexible! Perfect little cabin in the woods!

If you want peace and quiet surrounded by nothing but nature this is the place to go! The stream down the lane made every morning walk that much better! There's plenty to do in a short drives distance but we made it a point just to leave the chaos behind and enjoy what the forest has to offer! The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful and cozy. This was by far one of the best stays we've had anywhere!

We had a beautiful stay, we loved the cabin and had every amenity we needed! Truly, the only downside was a smell of natural gas that was all through the area and not the fault of Norm and Janelle obviously! We definitely plan to go back!

From the moment we arrived Carolyn and Tom made us feel like family. We were in town for a ball tournament and were met with a friendly wave and chat everytime we left the property. This cozy cabin in the wood was a great retreat. We were pleasenly surprised at how spacious it was for a little cabin in the wood and the cleanliness of the outdoor washroom. 10-12min drive to all the local shops and restaurants. We will be back this summer with our kids for sure. Thank you for your hospitality and the memories made!

Our family had an amazing time staying in these charming cabins during our visit to Niagara Falls! The cabins are beautifully decorated, thoughtfully built, and fully stocked with all the essentials you might need. The property itself is peaceful, private, and absolutely stunning - a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows by the fire, and enjoying the fun games provided. The welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home.Wendy was a fantastic host - quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our only regret is not booking a few extra days to soak in more of this tranquil retreat. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay! The cabin is so cozy. As other reviewers have stated, she put time and thought into everything we’d need during our stay to make it as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Will be staying here again for sure! We hit walnut beach, breakwater beach, Conneaut beach, and lake shore beach during our stay.

Sunset Cabin was immaculate and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a little food preparation. We appreciated the spices and condiments on hand. There was even a box of pancake mix! The living room was comfortable with a working gas fireplace- which we especially appreciated during our chilly and rainy stay. The beds were comfortable. They were a little high to climb into for my wife. The cabin would comfortably accommodate 4 or 5 guests. The single bathroom might cause hesitation for some but the bathroom number is clearly described in the cabin description on AirB&B. I would readily recommend Sunset Cabin to others. The cabin is clean and comfortable and the setting is spectacular.

What a gorgeous and wonderful spot. This was my first time as well as my fiance's first time out this way, and it was so peaceful and serene that we cannot wait to come back. Our host was extremely responsive and quick to address any questions we had. This property felt like heaven on Earth. The view cannot be contended with. The attention to detail is wonderful. We truly felt like we could have stayed there forever. All of the windows open up nice and wide, and you can hear the waves all night while you sleep. I wish so badly we could have stayed longer! This cabin was even cuter than the pictures! We absolutely loved the little bridge to the cabin, it made it feel so secluded. The shower was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. They had everything we needed for a weekend getaway, including coffee and tea. Plenty of outside seating. We hope to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable weekend. We especially appreciated the firewood being provided—it made enjoying the outdoor space so easy, especially since we were traveling in. The record player and games were such a fun touch, and the five of us had plenty of room to relax, laugh, and create great memories. The host was fantastic with communication—very responsive, shared their cell numbers in case we needed anything, and was open to feedback at the end of our stay to help improve the experience for future guests.
