It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal, washer/dryer and 2.5 bathrooms SmartTV can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies. NO SMOKING IN THE SPACE only at the fire pit

Hartley’s Haven

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Private Second Floor with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

My place is close to the stadium and C. U., in an upscale neighborhood. I am renting the entire second floor, which consists of three bedrooms. (I also have an apartment for rent in the same house).The purple bedroom has its own private bathroom. The blue and ten bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a separate toilet room. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the tan room has an extra sleeping twin size mattress to accommodate a seventh person.

We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
