In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

My apartment is located in the center of Hévíz. All major attractions are within walking distance. The entrance to the Tőfürdő is 600m, Tavirózsa educational trail is 800m, bakery 170m, grocery store 250m, and the entrance to the market is 70m from the apartment. At the entrance of the market, there is the Hévíz dotto (small train) stop, with which the whole city can be explored, and you can get on and off at each stop. Shops and cafes are also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, an American-style kitchen and a living room.

Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
