This property is not good fit for those who can't pay attension to reading house manual and rules. You must be willing to live like it would be your own. This is not just another object for you to use like you want, this is our home and you are most welcomed and appreciated when you respect this.

Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.
