We had a great time as a family. The people who took care of us in the house were very attentive to the domestic service and the guardian and transfer by boat. Melvin was also attentive to communication.

We will be going back again and again. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Waves every night to put you to sleep. Local fisherman with plenty of fish to sell. The home was just awesome, open spaces and plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. So many places to visit in boat or kayak. If you wind surf, bring your equipment. Cells towers are very close so you can work remote like I did for 12 days. Tapon Creek has some of the best small waterfalls. Easy to boat, walk and explore. And locals always willing to help get you where you want to go. Such a family friendly place. Kids in the water all day long. Being from Florida, I expected it to be hot. But in reality, it is cooler and so much less humid than Florida. And the temperature drops a few degrees at night and pretty comfortable with a fan. 78F is my new normal temp. I hired local help to cook and clean each day. It was awesome. Look forward to going back.

Perfect for large groups or families, lots of space, peaceful and very private. Hosts assistant Paty was very nice and helpful she had cool waters and snacks waiting for us. I wished we could have stayed longer.

Great place, me and my family felt very comfortable!! They facilitated us how to get there and they gave us extra information such as contacts to request food and boat rides!! Delighted with the attention!! I suggest wearing repellent and insecticide because the bugs are never missing and are hard to deal with!!

Chalet Villaruè and our host Noelia, exceeded but far exceeded our expectations, the natural landscape, accompanied by the incredible attention of Noelia and the comforts offered by the place, made an unbeatable experience. Noelia was attentive to us at all times, from our arrival to our departure, she really made us feel at home. The Chalet Villaruè is decorated in detail and in every area of the place with many antiques, the same ones that Noelia explained its origin as well as its function for which we did not know, that adds value, since the place is full of history. the place is equipped with so many places for rest or recreation that it is sometimes difficult to choose a place to be since all its areas are beautiful, it has a cannopy for children, and we were provided with even sound equipment as well as a Karaoke to finish having fun on our trip. The Chalet is on the shore of the Lake, an extremely quiet beach that is very, very clean, the landscape is in one word, "impressive" without a doubt who goes to Chalet Villaruè, will be getting an Experience that he won't forget.

Very good service from Hector You can improve the lighting of the house, also the pool. Around the pool we find some bugs, it can be improved.

The hotelito perdido is a very comfortable hotel everything is available so you can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The activities on offer are great and the price is totally affordable. The room was as described, perfect bathrooms and showers. The staff members are very welcoming and warm. We thank Tim and his team for having us and we make a point of honor for his availability and all the help he has given us. Tim is very warm and friendly. We ate great! The proportion sometimes too big but mmmmh what a delight! We even extended our stay and will be back! Thank you and nice continuation!

I booked this apartment for my family who traveled to Izabal to visit some relatives and were very satisfied with the place. It's close to the main points of Rio Dulce and easy to access. Recommended.

Unfortunately, I can't really review the place. There was a roadblock and that's why we couldn't get to the place. Of course, no mistakes by Hugo. Nevertheless, I received a good part of the price back. Very accommodating. Thank you!
