It is a place I would definitely recommend for those who love city and forest views, and for those who dream of waking up with bird sounds and plenty of oxygen. I am very pleased. We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

My mother had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly helpful and super responsive throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Bostancı Station and about 10 minutes to the bus stop. There are two convenience stores nearby and several great dining options, including a pizza place and a delicious börek shop. The house itself is very well maintained, with fantastic security and a very easy check-in process. We felt very comfortable and safe the entire time. The house was nicer than it looked in the pictures. The location is very good and very close to everything. All the amenities mentioned in the house were abundantly available. The balcony was very pleasant. Ms. Shakti gave very good directions. He provided flexibility for the check-out time, and I am especially grateful for this. It was very easy to get into the house. The TV was a new model and platforms could be watched. We are thinking of coming back.

Beautiful house and even more beautiful host. The view is very beautiful. The place is clean and tidy. There is a wonderful kitchen. It has everything you need. The pool has heated water. When we visited, the weather was sunny. I wished there was air conditioning, but in this beautiful weather, you won't need it. The host is helpful and kind.

The location is amazing! Even better than the photos. There is a very sweet neighborhood dog who will come and sleep on the porch each night. It’s very quiet and very peaceful and easy walk down the hill to the coffee shop and the main thoroughfare. Our host was very responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
