House 23 is amazing, a pure gem. Well decorated, super comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I recommend !

Sophie was really warm and receptive during our communication from when we booked her space. She had a wonderful caretaker on site called Donnata who was always willing to help and kept the place squeaky clean. I will definitely be coming back to this place in my next visit to Rwanda.

This house was beautiful. I stayed here with friends when we visited Kigali for a friend’s wedding. Amazing place,near town,amazing and helpful hosts, very helpful and friendly house keeper,clean house,everything was 10 out of 10. I highly recommend ✅

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The host and staff made the experience effortless and seamless, going above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. The location is perfect—private, peaceful, and just what I was looking for. I truly wish my stay was longer because everything was so great. Elyane's place is really perfect. The value for money is great. 5 minutes from the city center and its restaurants. The security is spotless with the security guard always present on the ground. The beds were comfy apart from the pillows which were really too hard. The place is quiet and we had no issues.

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained and secure. The view of the golf course was spectacular. Host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

All Semanywa's listed amenities were exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is perfect for an evening swim and the place is just so peaceful and private. The house manager was extremely helpful and even though there was a communication barrier, she and Semanywa made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kigali and need both serenity and reasonable proximity from Kigali Center.

Tyler as a host went above and beyond in every way in a relaxed and chilled out way! He is helpful with local culture, transport, and tourism sights. The pool was a cool reprieve anytime of the day. His accommodation was a safe haven during our stay in Kigali. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. The apartment is in a great location and has all necessary items for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Amy was always helpful as was Jackson. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kigali.

THE LOCATION IS NOT LISTED CORRECTLY! it is 15 minute drive to the east (!) of the airport otherwise: the place was great overall, explicitly because the staff is so helpful! they got us a car for rent, they did our laundry, they brought everything we wanted right to our door. place is very clean, nothing to complain.

We enjoyed our stay at Lexor apartments. Martin and his team were extremely responsive to all our requests and everything generally worked fine. We will definitely stay here again 100%

Uzeema’s place was very spacious and clean. Uzeema was always responsive whenever I reached out to her. The checkin process was very easy.

Huge favorite for this place where we felt like at home for three days! Ideal for chilling and enjoying the lake and its activities (acrobranche, boat ride, paddle boarding) The fact that it was lost in the middle of nothing we really liked but indeed, as mentioned in the listing, provide food because everything is there to cook on site. Possibility on Mondays and Thursdays to send a boat to the market on another island to find some vegetables... Kakuru, the neighbor is very kind and valuable help for all the logistics (welcome on arrival, calling boats to move, walk the hills). Really thank you again Kakuru☺️ However, be mindful of people looking at cleanliness. It's not dirty at all but it's a country house so there are spiders and little bugs. There is also no hot water but it didn't really bother us because we heated the water

Suzanna and her co-host are so welcoming and friendly. They were happy to help with every request. Thank you so much for that! The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures, it was very clean and organised. You have a great view in the distance and the street is quiet at night. Access to the city is no problem via moto. Car parking is also possible and the compound is 24/7 protected by security. There is a house keeper who will help keep everything clean including washing clothes. The living room is a bit echoey and there is no other room with a table, this should be considered if you search for a place with a quiet working area where your company cannot distract you. All in all we have no complaints, thank you for the hospitality and kindness, everything was perfect 👌

Joshua was extremely nice to us. He is very responsive and his team followed his lead. We enjoyed staying there very much. I’d suggest that maybe they put shower curtains up in the bathrooms to avoid excess water spillage to the entire space. And honestly we did okay without it. Also the lights went out almost everyday for an hour or two. But that could be a national situation so I wouldn’t take points away from this Airbnb for that. I’d definitely stay there again. Don’t hesitate. Book the space. You will have no regrets. We didn’t. It was money well spent.

Besides language barriers everything else was perfect but I have to tell you that it’s not any close to the city and transport costs in Rwanda are quite high otherwise the house was gorgeous and good for pics 🤭
