Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lake Nipissing

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin! Check in was quick and easy and Jadey was extremely responsive to messages. Communication was great from arrival to departure. While we did not have access to the wifi, these things happen and we understood. A storm that blew in the day prior caused some issues which didn’t affect our enjoyment and it was a good opportunity to “unplug”. Included availability of the Kayaks, canoes, and water bike was a great way to explore. Excellent location for young families looking to spend relaxing days on the clear and shallow beach with the kids. We also took advantage of the basketball net and tennis court on the cooler days. Overall we had a great stay at Sunset Cove and have no doubt we will return again in the future! Thank you Jadey and Jack.

We all had a fantastic time!! Our lodging was great!! Location was perfect for snowmobiling. Pictures can’t capture the beautiful log cabin!! We were so pleased to find that we had everything we needed and then more. A very user friendly home, with better than standard kitchen needs. We will definitely be booking next year for snowmobile season

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - the kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfy, and the fans kept things cool even without AC. Our dog loved the property and swimming too! The location was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to some beautiful provincial parks for day trips. There’s lots to do at the house - kayaking, canoeing, barbecuing, and enjoying the sunrise/sunset on the deck plus great internet. We'd definitely come back - it was exactly the kind of relaxing escape we needed!

The hosts take pride in their space and went the extra mile to assure the home is a great place to stay! Plan to return!

Lovely cottage by the lake. We spent our afternoon there canoeing and kayaking on the pristine Deer lake. Wes and Jana were excellent hosts. They were kind and were available to answer all our questions through the app. You will have a very private experience here. We loved sitting by the fire pit every evening. Wes was kind enough to cut some firewood for us. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Algonquin park is about 1.5 hours from the cottage along HW60. However the cottage is beautiful and you could spend all your time on the water. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Darren and Nadene’s place! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive—and Nadene even baked us muffins. The place was peaceful, and we really enjoyed using the kayaks and canoes at the waterfront.

On the way up to this beautiful getaway, my wife and I were laughing at how many reviews say "We'll be back" whenever you're looking to travel somewhere and read the reviews prior to booking... We'd say, "How many people actually go back a second or third time?" ... Of course, our main thoughts after our weekend here was we will be coming back 100%. Incredible location, privacy, beautiful lake view as seen in the pictures. The fireplace inside a nice added touch as our weekend was fairly cold, even for May. For those looking to cook, the BBQ is clean and of excellent quality.

We had a great 5-night stay here... The views were absolutely stunning and made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids - comfortable, spacious, and perfect for both socialising and relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings around the firepit and making use of the boats on the lake during the day. The hot tub was a big hit as well - such a great way to unwind while soaking in the scenery. The place was well-equipped and exactly as described and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and spacious retreat!

We had a lovely stay at James' cottage, the view is stunning, the place is very spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. My favorite is to enjoy the view on the hammock or the swing in the living room. The location is very convenient, only a short drive to town. We would love to be back for the fall. We had a wonderful stay in a cozy, well equipped and spacious cottage with a beautiful view on the lake. Our host had everything ready to make our stay the most comfortable. We enjoyed hiking in the snow on nearby trails.

It is a beautiful little home in-front of the lake. We went for kayaking, canoeing and paddle boating in the lake. We had all the amenities that were needed. Host had great collection of indoor and outdoor games. It was a relaxing and fun weekend for all of us. Heather is very responsive and helpful. The only thing to point out is that the rooms have curtains instead of doors.

Speaking of games — this place is an absolute dream for anyone who loves to play. From classic board games to air hockey and pool!!!! Kids love it!!!! Perfect for family!

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

we loved our stay at the Pine Cabin! it was a beautiful location and remote, even on a rainy weekend the wood stove and scenery make for a beautiful experience. We will be back!

We booked the airbnb very last minute and Lixin reached out to us promptly and gave us clear instructions. The cottage is stunning , it actually looks better than the pictures. overall, we had a wonderful weekend over there.

Our stay at this Muskoka cabin was perfect for unwinding. Eliza and Safiqa were both amazing hosts. The 50s vintage decor and cedar furniture created a cozy atmosphere, and the serene lake views were breathtaking. We enjoyed the pedal boat, and the outdoor BBQ space for meals with a gorgeous lake view. There were also lots of activities to do only 15-20min from the cabin which was an added bonus. Our stay had been a fantastic retreat to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended!
